Please clean the aquarium in 40 floor restaurant for breakfast called VIP 40 . There is a poor fish living in horrific condition. When I saw it my heart was crying and I could eat breakfast well . Photo is attached !!!! This situation crossed all good moments …

The staff was friendly and hospitable, I really loved every interaction.

First of all, this is not Orbi hotel, this is some kind of small company owning several apartments in Orbi towers and renting them out. The check in procedure was ok, but one will need to go to the 4th floor and find office 443. After check in the only way is to the 1st floor, and then up again in case your room is above 4th floor. That is because the elevator buttons do not work for “going up”, only “going down”. Be prepared for crowded elevators and very long waiting times. The location is below average. Nothing really interesting around. Better to take the hotel in the old city near the port. If you rent a car, there is no free or paid parking around, you will need to drive around in circles looking for an empty space. There is a lot of construction going on, hence the pedestrian walkways present real difficulties in terms of safety. My wife stumbled several times resulting in quite bad bruises on the legs. The room wasn’t quite clean. There was mold in the shower. The shampoo was afwul. Breakfast was so-so: khachapuri was too dry and not tasty, eggs and salads were alright. There is no complimentary water, tea or coffee in the room, so you will need to get to the supermarket and help yourself. No room service either. Electricity isn’t reliable. Everything went just off when I placed my charger for the phone into the outlet. We had to wait for around 45 min to get it fixed. The aircon can’t be turned on while you’re out, because the electricity only works with your room key (not with any card of the same size). I think it is just not reasonable to try saving several dollars on electricity, instead they make the clients wait for quite some time for the aircon to cool down the room after they enter. I think for such level of room and service they need to charge much less. P.S. To be honest, I don’t know why this place has such a high rating here - looks like a lot of fake reviews…
