Our room was beautiful. A cool mezzanine with a nice view. We went in February to ski but it would be beautiful on the deck in the summer. Restaurant is lovely, and the food is very good. It’s fine dining (if you don’t want that you can find plenty of apres ski food places nearby).

You can’t walk to the slopes and it’s not ski in/ski out. But we had a free lift in and back each day so we were very happy with the location.

I went on a ski trip with my family, and we loved it! First, the rooms are very unique and special. Each room has a different theme, which the administrator told us about. There are no boring rooms that look like every other hotel room. The breakfast was small but cute and delicious. The only thing missing was fresh bread! :D But the best part of the hotel is the staff. We often stay in hotels, but I have never encountered such a wonderful team. They felt like family to us—always helpful, quick to respond, and always smiling and joking. This is true not just for one person, but for everyone who works there! It was even a little bit sad to leave because of these kind-hearted people. You will never find this level of staff anywhere else. I truly wish them all the best and hope that every guest has the same experience.

We recently spent three nights at this charming boutique hotel, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The breakfast each morning was outstanding, and the restaurant offered a fantastic blend of traditional Georgian flavors with a European twist – every dish was a treat. A special mention goes to the owner, who was incredibly kind and hospitable. He even treated us to nearly the entire menu, which was such a generous and thoughtful gesture. The staff was equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. This hotel is a hidden gem, and we can’t recommend it enough. We’re already planning our return!

An unbelievably outstanding find. The ambience of this place is something I cannot describe - but what I can say is I will be back!  The essence of 10 Georgian historical figures captured in 10 rooms is a novel and unique way to allow guests to be immersed in the history of Georgian culture. Our maître d', Lado, is worthy of mention and high praise. He recommended excellent wines for both our meals and was attentive to absolutely everything. Nothing was too much for him. The restaurant, in my opinion, is worthy of a Michelin rated award - every dish was prepared to the highest quality and the presentation - excellent. Evenings were made complete with an outstanding pianist, a maestro, who could play absolutely everything! I loved everything about this boutique hotel!

Very clean and cozy hotel. Attentive, helpful and accommodating staff. Hotel is beautifully decorated, live piano music in the evening is amazing. Everything and everyone in hotel make you feel welcome. Breakfast had caviar and champagne, you can request any kind of eggs ( Benedict one was delicious), something new was at the breakfast every day, pastry, cheesecakes were yummy. Shower was clean, good water pressure and powerful hairdryer ( yes, it is important for ladies with long hair :) Private spa is something that I have never seen before. Honestly, one of the best hotel we have ever stayed.

All of the staff were amazing, Slava especially is so so helpful and makes you feel so welcome and is always on hand to try and make your stay better. The hotel itself is so lovely and we loved the quirky decor and style, it’s super clean and well maintained. Only a short drive (2 minutes) to the Shino ski lift and not far from New Gudauri where there are shops etc. the Ati Ambavi restaurant is rated the best in Gudauri and is exceptional, you don’t even need to go eat elsewhere! We will definitely be back next year!

Rooms are perfect, with a nice view to the mountains. The restaurant is amazing, cozy and with the spirit, with beautiful interior. Food is unbelievably great, excellent choice of wine. Staff very professional and friendly. unforgettable live music experience with Georgian polyphonic songs and great musician with piano. Personal thanks to mr. Slava, to the owner for helping me to plan a proposal to my fiancée and made his best efforts to have a great atmosphere and unforgettable day in our life. Also big thanks to the staff especially to Lado, who is an exceptional professional and made our night special. this place is Number 1 in Gudauri and may be in Georgia.

Location is bit far from ski lifts and main market, thus you always have to take a cab - although cab is provided by the hotel on a cheaper rate. Heating in the room wasn't proper, which caused an uncomfortable stay Breakfast is average. Overall in gadauri indian food is a challenge and quality is not value for money. In Gadauri you pay for ski, snow and views, but food isn't great.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the very kind and courteous Marianna who is indeed an asset to the hotel. Recently built the hotel is located 5-10 mins from the Shino lift and they offer free transfers which is great for tourists. Well appointed rooms and comfortable. During breakfast we were greeted and assisted by the very kind Kapa who is a delight. We also really enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna located in the premises. Def a must visit and we shall hopefully return soon as well. Lastly the hotel driver responsible for transfers is also very nice and helpful.

Areas for Improvement - Less options for vegetarians on the menu, maybe they can add Italian and Chinese Cuisines / some dishes. Some more vegetarian options during breakfast would also be appreciated. Some of the male staff (we would prefer not to mention names) needed some more training. A safe in the room is essential for travelers to put their valuables in. we hope they add it as well. Overall a great place and well run and managed by the family with very nice staff.

The idea and thought behind the whole hotel is amazing. The cozy dining and seating area around the reception is amazing. We sat there up until 5 in the morning and Lado and Slava were generous enough to be around and serve us. Very generous and humble staff. Olga (the owner) was kind enough to provide us with a scrumptious breakfast even when we missed the breakfast time. I don’t think words can describe how touched we are with their hospitality. A business can only flourish when genuine kind hearted people are working for it. When I. Godouri again we are sure to visit this hotel only.
