The location is just perfect for anyone who did like to go Skiing or like to stay in the center of Gudari. If you take the room with balcony it would be a nice viewing experience especially during the winter season with the mountain view and sunrise. Its a family run hotel and the staff are all part of the family tree and they treat you as their own. Makes you feel like a homestay setup. The hotel accpets card payments. The Wifi speed is good enough if you did like to work a bit. They can help you with options for skiing or some other site seeing near by. I was there for new years eve and they arranged a nice dinner celebration for the hotel guests which was beyond expectations.

You should consider changing the shower gel container and replace it with tubes as its difficult to get the shower gel out of the container in that packing. (not a showstopper though) Similar to other hotel practices , the hotel should offer 2 water bottles a day complementary. Should have some first-aid box handy for some immediate band-aid requirements .

Wonderful stay! Warm atmosphere! Merabi and his team (family) provided outstanding service! Saba met us in the night and kindly helped with luggage. Ucha's care and hospitality was unforgettable. During the New Year Eve celebration we were given the 1-st prize: 3-nights stay next season. Thanks Merabi! Will definitely use a chance to return!

Groceries/shops are quite far from the hotel. It would be great to refill drinking water more frequently in the room.

Our recent stay at Tsiga was nothing short of spectacular, exceeding my expectations in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest welcome, setting the tone for what was to be an unforgettable experience. We booked a standard room , it was super clean, comfortable and elegantly furnished, it offered all the amenities we needed. The hotel is close to Shino Funicular, every morning , the owner took us by car with all the gear to the funicular and picked us up in the evening. He also helped us to rent all the gear with decent prices . What truly sets Tsiga hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Each member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering personalized services and attending to all our needs with genuine warmth and professionalism. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. The culinary offerings were a delight. The Tsiga restaurant's menu boasted a variety of exquisite dishes, each prepared to perfection and beautifully presented. The dining ambiance was equally impressive, making every meal a memorable occasion. Owner's (Merabi) Touch: It was clear that the owner's passion for hospitality shines through in every aspect of the hotel. Merabi hands-on approach and dedication to excellence were apparent, adding a personal touch that made our stay truly special. I highly recommend those who are looking for a hotel that is not far from the ski lift and also the hotel provides a transfer to the ski lift as well. Cozy Robby and comfortable and the food was wonderful.

That is a family business ran by very nice people. Right on the doorstep we have met the owner of hotel, Merab, and throughout our stay he managed all of our concerns, even those in which he was not expected to participate, in a best sense i could mean. The location of the hotel is a bit distant from the ski lift, but we always had a transfer in both directions, the waiting time was like 5 minutes, and overall experience of getting to the lift has been felt smooth. The proximity of the highway doesn't bring any noise to the building. The fireplace brings a very special setting, and the staff doing their best. I had great time reunating with my parents, we spent all the evenings in the fireplace area and had some quality time there.

I had a water in a toilet room all over the floor due to some defunct in shower door sealing, and the fridge in the room demanded an adapter for a socket, wich was not there.

I liked the hotel itself, the breakfasts were excellent, the location of the hotel was very good. However, the best part of the stay was the hotel staff, who were very nice, helpful and cheerful. We haven't met such nice people (staff) for a long time.

There was nothing we didn't like. Since we were on the top floor of the hotel, sometimes the wifi didn't work. When we told the staff, they immediately put a router in our room and we had the strongest wifi in the whole hotel :)

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel tsiga. The location is very convenient to ski activities (05min drive to the ski resorts). The property is brand new and very cozy. The room is clean and very comfortable with a beautiful mountain view. Food was delicious and variant. The staff at this hotel are all great, they all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, specially (Irakli & Jack) were extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful at all time. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend, either for families, couples or friends, and definitely i will come back again to this place.
