Monte boasts a breathtaking view of the mountains, coupled with an exceptional staff. A special shout-out goes to their Manager, Sofie/Sofia, who warmly greeted us upon arrival and went the extra mile by presenting delightful sweets for my kids along with a heartfelt welcome letter. Their personal touch made my children feel incredibly welcomed and special. Additionally, applause to the diligent housekeeping staff who ensured our room remained clean and tidy throughout our stay. Kudos to the entire Monte Team for maintaining such high standards – keep up the excellent work!

The entire staff, including the owners, were incredibly kind and courteous. First class. We enjoyed the restaurant, games room, lobby bar, and outdoors. Fantastic views. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were fantastic.

Review for Hotel Monte, Gudauri My wife and I had an absolutely delightful stay at Hotel Monte in Gudauri! The hotel is impeccably maintained and offers stunning views of the snow-covered landscape all around. Our corner room was a standout feature, offering breathtaking views of the sunrise, sunset, New Gudauri, and the majestic mountains right in front. Watching the sun rays paint the mountain peaks in yellow and orange each morning was truly magical. A special mention to Ms. Toko, the Front Office/Guest Relations Executive, whose exceptional attention to detail made our stay even more memorable. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt cared for and valued. Her personal engagement during the New Year’s Eve dinner, where she checked in with each guest, was a testament to her dedication and passion for hospitality. In general, the overall hotel staff is courteous and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The New Year’s Eve celebration itself was the highlight of our stay. The arrangements were spectacular, featuring a DJ, live music, fireworks, and fun games. The entire evening was planned and executed flawlessly, creating unforgettable memories for us. The housekeeping team ensured that every corner of the hotel was spotless, and the cleanliness was truly industry-leading. The food was another pleasant surprise—it was absolutely delicious and exceeded all our expectations. As we explored the hotel, we couldn’t help but notice how every small detail in the décor and ambiance seemed to be designed with great care and thoughtfulness. Everything was perfect!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The room was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind and feel at home. The spa facilities were fantastic and provided the perfect place to relax and recharge. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the amazing service, particularly from Kate at the reception. She went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was flawless. Kate took care of every request with a smile, recommending excellent local attractions and even arranging breakfast boxes for our early excursions. She added such a personal touch to our experience and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Another highlight was the dining experience. Alex, the Chef, deserves a special mention. He worked tirelessly to create some of the best meals I’ve ever had at a hotel. His dishes were exceptional, and we were especially blown away by his creative take on Kachapuri—it was genius! Every meal was a delight, and you could tell that he put his heart and skill into each dish. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, superb service, or incredible food, this place has it all. We can’t wait to return!

My friend and I chose a room two beds and mountain view. It’s very nice and cozy. They have a game room which my friend and I enjoyed a lot. They have a swimming pool with jacuzzi, but I feel like the water could be warmer than it’d be perfect. The staffs are really nice and friendly. We tried out the Arabiata pasta (I believe that’s what it called) and lemonades from the restaurant and those were delicious. Their lemonades were homemade and one of the freshest lemonades I have ever drank. The environment is warm and welcoming. Definitely I’ll be choosing this place for my stay on the next visit.

Perfect transit location, spacy parking, fine restaurant, cosy terraces. Astonished view from our room’s window. Rich and various breakfasts. Sauna visiting was free when we visited in Aug. The personal is polite and thoughtful.

The price is higher than some competitors. A small room was overcrowded with furniture. We didn’t get sauna service as expected: 1) We did notify in advance our time visit to sauna zone, but the saunas were off. 2) Several time we called reception, came there - saunas started working only after 45 minutes awaiting. Other guests waited as well. 3) The technician just switched on saunas outside and didn’t inform us about this; didn’t check if saunas were functioned correctly 4) the wet sauna was malfunctioned - it was steaming all the time with short breaks. No one could stay there more than couple minutes.

You get uninstructed views of the snow capped mountains in the winter from every room. It was amazing to see the sunrise against the backdrop of pristine white snow covered mountains directly from the bed in my room. Apart from the amazing views, the hotel is very clean, comfortable and with good food. Would stay here again the next time I’m back in Gudauri

It’s a little far from the ski slopes. But they have a free shuttle service to the nearest ski lift. And if you want to go somewhere else, you can easily book a cab on Bolt. They’re always available
