I had the best sleep in months. The room and bed are so comfortable. Breakfast is delish. The sausage and bacon are my fave! Juicy and tender. Also, I got an early check-in and late checkout :D Worth mentioning that they provided me with my request here on booking.com, I asked for slippers and robe and it was there. They do listen to their customers, unlike in other hotels I've been to. This is the kind of service I will keep coming back to. Plus, you get to be assisted by handsome and attractive receptionists. WOW! HAHAHA Keep it up, guys. You're amazing!

To be honest, I should have stayed more in this hotel but the location in the center is better for tourists. Kutaisi Inn can be a bit of a long walk and my legs are tired in this cold weather hehe.

Room was clean. Good location, you will need to walk 20-30 minutes to get into city center or take a bolt taxi.

Shower leaked into living room. The breakfast selection was pretty poor, however the scrambled eggs were perfect. Only 1 type of coffee, no choice. Haven't found safe instruction in the room and accidentally locked my documents, luckily reception solved the problem pretty fast. Our room electronic keys stopped working each evening and we had to get to reception to re-enable them. Somebody's dirty food plate stood near stuff elevator for more than 12h (from evening till mid-day).

The staff were beyond incredible. Any questions or issues were responded to instantly. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and care, from reception to housekeeping they are amazing. Room service is a welcome addition. Food was good with a nice breakfast. A desk in the room is very useful and a comfortable chair. Smart TV for connection to Netflix and YouTube from my phone

Safe was small, not big enough for large devices like in other hotels.

Had a very short stay only so I can’t say too much. The staff was very friendly and I liked the surroundings. They were very forthcoming in changing the dates of my stay despite me not being entitled to this change. Thank you!

However, in order to get an answer on my inquiry, I had to reach out via multiple channels until I got an answer after a few days. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work (maybe a system that only allows either heating or cooling) and it was November already. However, outside temperature was 20°C and the room was easily 26°C which barely allowed me to sleep

Good location with parking space, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a huge bathroom, nice design. The staff is helpful and room service is provided. The breakfast is excellent with a large choice. Good point: food is served in the evening at the bar or in the rooms, and the quality is really good, which is not always the case in hotels without proper restaurants.

Despite being decent (they are not bad), the sauna and fitness room don’t match what can be seen in typical 5 stars.

I liked the hotel in general, very clean, comfortable bed with comfortable linens, spacious bathroom. the staff is friendly. The breakfast is excellent, a large selection of dishes, everything is delicious, fruits are available, a lot of everything, very tasty coffee in the bar. Nice modern hotel! It takes 10-12 minutes to walk to the central square, I didn’t take a taxi, it was nice to walk. It took 15-20 minutes to get to the airport in a taxi, however, it was at 3.30 in the morning, in the afternoon, probably 20-30 minutes, no more! Definitely recommend!

There is no any information in the room! No how to call the reception, is it possible to order something in a bar or restaurant to the room, an empty mini-bar. There is only water, coffee and tea. Very cheap shampoo and shower gel, no conditioner. All these are trifles, of course, but if it will correct, the score will be -Great!

Everything was just perfect for my 5 days stay in Kutaisi Inn. Staff were very helpful, I commend the housekeeping sincerity and honesty. I left my wallet in the room, I contacted the reception 2 days later and the wallet was there. Thanks a million for making my stay in Kutaisi so memorable.

The prices were reasonable, and the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in a good area, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. The room itself was comfortable. Also, you can order some food and drinks to the room, the service was fast.

The rooms were relatively basic for a 5-star hotel. If your windows face a large staircase (south side), be prepared for the noise of people and cars, loud music in the evenings and at night. The breakfast was not bad, but the selection of food for breakfast is not great and never changed during our stay. Cleaning was conducted for several hours a day at an inconvenient time for us (after lunch). Wi-Fi connection was really poor (we lived on the last floor).
