The employees were very helpful and always provided help with everything, starting with luggage to carry inside the hotel and by the departure help to book a taxi and put our luggage’s inside the taxi. Any question we had - they answered directly and came to the room to help with TV and air conditioner. Extremely polite and nice people work in this hotel (starting with a cleaning personal and ending with the management staff). Breakfast was also very tasty and wide variety of vegetables, sausages, cheeses, eggs, etc what usually provides hotel to the guests.

We didn’t understand how the TV was functioning. It was working in the beginning, then later it didn’t work. I asked the person to come and fix it, later it didn’t work again. Maybe I did something wrong.

Location is quite good, opposite from and a short walk from the old town. There are plenty of options for breakfast, which was delicious.

There is a nice roof top sitting area but unfortunately it is not possible to get drinks in the hotel so you'd have to bring your own.

The area is very nice and quiet, but still a walking distance to the center of Tbilisi. The room was very spacious, clean and with lots of natural light. The staff was also very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We have arrived at 7 am, even though our check-in was at 2 pm, and they have accommodated us and gave us a free room to rest after travelling free of charge before we could move in to our room. They also have a nice rooftop terrace with a pretty view and some tables to sit and relax. Overall, we loved the hotel and would stay there again if we’re back in Tbilisi!

The hotel is clean and the rooms are being clean everyday even the toothbrush are changed everyday 😁👏🏻👍🏻. I especially pick this hotel as we need a bidet which is well functioning. Hair dryer is also available and the heater is good. The breakfast is limited but we enjoyed it!🥰 Wifi is also good. Location is nearby the city however we didnt go out in the evening due to protesters.

I think they should have atleast a cafe at the rooftop as the place is nice to chill and have some drinks in the evening. The lobby is just plain, nothing special which can be improved if they want to have a pleasant feel for the guests. No restaurants or in-room dining. The surroundings and views are the old houses in Tbilisi so not much to see.

Bit noisy. Can hear neighbours snd showers/ toilets running. But not really annoying I the hallway next tomourvroom its really noisy when people are talking or usibgnphone. As we wete opposite the elevator, it became disturning. Staff did everything they could to prevent though Close in the area mo restaurants. The hotel serves only breakfast. We ordered online, no problem

Excellent hotel in the middle of the city - on the other bank of the river from the central square. Extremely clean, nice breakfast, free parking nearby, soft and convenient pillows and mattress. In the bathroom there is a hygienic shower, in the room there are an electric kettle and a fridge. Wonderful receptionists! Special thanks to Giorgi!

the view from my room was not that good, it was just space between two outside walls. also, it should be noted, that location of the hotel is quite hard to find: you have to make a turn from the embankment.

My room was near the lift - it was noisy - you can hear everyone going At the upper floor you get balcony but smaller place to work - because of the fridge under the table =( wifi was not stable, and breakfast not tasty - cheap sausages and products, even it's a season for fresh local fruits and veggies I would suggest you to get a room at the lower level - because it more spacious and better work space

I stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays and for the first time in Tbilisi, and I am absolutely satisfied with the choice! Unfortunately, as a tourist, a story happened to me that the taxi driver from the airport to the hotel said that he would take us to the taxi meter, we drove for 15 minutes, and he presented a bill for GEL 345, which is absolutely crazy. Thanks to a professional managers Kira and George, at 4 a.m. they took over all negotiations with an aggressive taxi driver who was trying to screw me, they checked in me in the room quite fast and created all conditions for my peace of mind. As a result, I paid the taxi driver 30 GEL, as it should be. Be careful with taxi drivers! About hotel. It is located in a quiet location and is very convenient for walking routes, as there is a bridge nearby, which allows you to reach the Old Town and Rustaveli in 10-15 minutes. The rooms are decorated in loft style with new plumbing, which is very rare in Tbilisi, since most of the buildings are old. The rooms are clean! There are water bottles in the rooms. There are breakfasts in hotels, but to be honest, I've never been to one.🥰 You can take your things to the laundry room - it's very convenient. Special thanks to all the hotel staff, the reception desk, all Georgians - absolutely every person is responsive and helps with any question, will never leave without attention and instantly solves any guest's questions. The price-quality ratio is absolutely perfect!!!!

One of the wishes is to replace the pillows with more comfortable ones and new ones.
