The location is perfect! Right next to the Leaning Tower of Tbilisi. We were lucky to get the room with a balcony facing the Clock tower and it was just perfect! During reservation, though we had asked for King Bed with Balcony, we were not given our choice since such setting is not available in the hotel. Hence, they were nice enough to merge the beds and placed extra mattresses between the beds to make it a King Sized bed. Special credits to Sandro, receptionist, who helped us during our check-in and for checking with us during the stay.

In my years of travelling and staying in various hotels, it's the first time I have lost my belonging. Unfortunately, I lost my dress shirt during my stay at this hotel. We checked with the front desk and laundry team and they simply couldn't find it.

Location and cleaness of the hotel.

I informed them regarding bad smell in the toilet and some stain in the carpet in the room before I use the room and no action taken. Even thought it is 5 star hotel. Also, one of there security team was yelling at our driver because he stopped on the main entrance and this was in front of us this was very rude. He must drop us in front of the entrance because we have staff and baby trolley but I don't know what is this security guy problem. I didn't interfere.

Good location, very clean, very good breakfast, very contemporary designed except the beds are very hard, no pillow top mattress

During the checkout the receptionist ask me to pay for mini bar for the items which I didn’t consume, which made me feel that the staff is not honest. anyhow they didn’t charge me but still I feel not happy.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was really nice and very welcoming. Our passport was accidentally damaged and the hotel staff, especially the hotel front office manager, Mr. Luka, did whatever he could in order to help us. He guided us when and where should we find the embassy in order to get a temporary airport pass, and in addition the hotel covered the cost of issuing a new passport and gave us an additional compensation. The hotel also took care of the transportation from the hotel to the airport. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious with a lot of vegetables, fruits, breads, eggs, cheese, etc. The rooms are clean, comfort (we got a free room upgrade to Executive room) and very silent. I'll definitely come back to Ambassadori on my next visit in Tbilisi!

The pool was only 27 degrees, and I suggest raising the temperature for a better swimming experience. Thank you.

Beautifully built property, good comfortable rooms.

Parking is a pain. While the hotel claims to provide free parking, it has only a few slots in the parking lot in front of the property reserved for itself and they’re always full. One needs to pay a guy who hangs around in the lot to be able to park. No one at the hotel helps with the parking, luggage or even is present at the entrance. The spa was a big let down as the massage room was a nothing more than a passage. The showers had zero privacy and were unisex.

Our room location is excellent and the breakfast it's OK for us cause we are not really eating in the morning only we are taking juice and coffee tea and some fruits and some sweets we like the some banana cake and brownie.thank you very much to all staff they are leally friendly but I have a little comment but it's need little smile.

We don't really have comment we like place and maybe we will come again and same place and same hotel we like the location and we love ambassadori hotel and the locations is really good.

The room was very nice, we were upgraded and it was beyond our expectations. Also, we got married and the hotel left us a lovely surprise fruit plater. The bathroom was clean and the shower large which was great for my very tall husband.

The hotel was absolutely exquisite in every single aspect - from the rooms, to the various facilities, to the location, to the cleanliness. We only have rave reviews. Oto from the Reception was extraordinarily gracious and helpful. He went out of his way to go way beyond the call of duty to make sure that we were pampered and truly comfortable. We were so pleased that we booked another stay in August and Mariami was extremely helpful in getting us the best arrangement and rate. Highly recommend this outstanding property.

The room was a bit small, but I'm glad I got the room with a balcony. I'm a person who likes to get up in the dark so much light was coming in from the balcony in the morning and I think in my opinion they should add blackout curtains.

I stayed in Ambassadori Hotel with my friend and of course we did like our spacious room and facilities, location and rich daily buffet breakfast...
