I like the quality of the facility they provide. Very comfortable bed, temperature control inside the room, and a fully fitted toilet. Breakfast was also good and healthy. I loved the location which is closer to everything you need in a city. If I travel next time, I will book this hotel for sure.

Clean rooms, polite personnel. Usually everyone can communicate with you in English or Russian. Great location in 7 min walk from subway. Soundproofing was of good quality. Sounds from street didn't bother at all.

The only problem during our stay was very poor Wi-Fi connection in our room. Every time we needed an internet connection we should go to dinning hall. Door's base in shower wasn't waterproof enough, so sometimes water could leak from shower to room's hall.

The location of the hotel is good but had to search for the entrance as it is not clear from the first time and there are lots of halal restaurants nearby. The staff are nice and so friendly.

For room service you have to call them not daily. No kettle in the room as it would have been a great add on

Very good location, near to many restaurants specially Turkish the one right side the hotel, there's 3 good restaurants, many super market near the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, specially Ms. Victoria who tried to help for any questions, with her beautiful smile.

Standard room very small, but they have superior room which is little more expensive but excellent

Great communication, staff was very nice. We liked the cozy and modern room setup with a wall-to-wall bed.

In our standard double room, the bathroom - which was spotless and very modern - had a layout we did not like. The shower is located in the middle of the room and there is no curtain or glass. The whole room is wet after taking a shower, and entering&leaving means drying your feet again.

We stayed there twice. Good location in the calm backyard. The building and rooms are new. The staff was very pleasant. We stayed there at the new year and the hotel invited all the guests with wine, cheese and sweets. It was so lovely. The breakfast was good. You can make tea and coffee anytime.

The only problem for us was the cigarettes smell in the rooms. We don't smoke, and the smell was annoying. All our clothes and the staff in the backpacks smelt when we returned home.

It was my first time to go to Georgia, I was planning to stay only one night at Elle boutique hotel, but when I saw how the staff they are very friendly and helpful and at the same time the hotel was very safe and the area near to the center, I followed for a week, I would like to thank Eldar Really he was very professional and very friendly and was doing his best to help me again Thank you very much Eldar for making my stay so comfortable.
