It is very clean .. Security is very good .. Inner courtyard is kept tidy .. Location is excellent .. Staff are helpful when you need their help .. Premises and dorms are spacious

The guest kitchen facilities are woefully lacking .. The muzac played in the wcs I find irritating, recently all black american singers ("can't stand the pressure", etc .. know what I mean ?) .. during the evenings, it is disco music with the bass turned up in the lounge .. also for me, a very irritating choice if music and it makes conversation difficult .. the laundry room and the dorms are the only places to escape for a little peace

I asked at reception if they knew of any local bakeries where I could pick up a quick (cheap) lobiani. The receptionist says that she didn’t know of any and recommended Dunkin' Donuts (do you imagine that I came to Tbilisi to eat American junk food?) and then, when I said I wanted something Georgian she recommended a pricey sit-down place. There were actually several cheap bakeries within walking distance. Apart from that, it wasn’t an easy hostel to meet people – other travellers who had also stayed there said the same thing.

Fabrika hostel is one of the liveliest cool places to stay in Tbilisi. The staff are kind and helpful. The environment is very nice, it is possible to meet many people and have fun in the spaces on the ground floor and in the courtyard. At the same time, you can work at the tables reserved for this in the common area.

The number of tables reserved for work was somewhat insufficient. Sometimes it was difficult to find a place. I wish I had the opportunity to work on the seats. I got a reaction when I left things on the desks. Cleaning can be a bit of a problem in multi-person rooms (10-12). Although the employees keep the rooms as clean as possible, those staying in these rooms should be warned to be more careful.

Everything looks fantastic, the place is huge and well mantained. Beds are comfortable, good wifi, etc.

The staff didn’t care about our existence at all. I tried asking for information about Tbilisi twice and they were like “just walk around…” with zero interest on helping.

Great location, stylish space

Staff at front desk unfriendly and unhelpful. Could not/were not willing to answer basic questions, but were very quick to tell people they couldn’t eat outside food in lobby/use computers at sofas, &c. Did not provide any info re hostel/hotel amenities at check-in. (Would prob stay there again, but with low expectations of staff)

2 things i did not like our check in was so late we should inter the room at 2 o'clock we was came from Batumi long trip the not understand that we was so tired . 2- the lift was only work at the first day we rich the hostel then it was not work till we lift the Hostel we was stay at 2 floor which we Cary our bags and get it down it was very hard 3- not enough please for using computers only small sections i did not know why you can not use your lab top at anywhere unless a small part at the side was some people usually reserve it .

Thr room was clean. Only the neighbour who was on the up bed was moving a lot, like it was uncomfortable for him to sleep. Helpful Registration.

Registration girls! I do understand they do have their personal position against Russia and the country obeys it as well. However, please keep in mind, apart from Russia, there are other CIS countries, like: Uzbekistan, Tadjikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgizstan. So, please speak the language they do speak, which is RUSSIAN!) If I start speaking in one of the languages mentioned bove, they will not understand at all! Thank you in advance. In terms of the language, this is also a VIOLATION.

The staff was friendly enough, the room and the communal bathrooms were clean, the kitchen seemed well-equipped. The vibe of the communal space is pretty cool and the coffee was good.

I wish the staff had told me there'd be no towels included in the rate (available for an extra charge), that there'd be no padlocks on the lockers inside the room (you have to buy your own), or where the kitchen was. I had to find out by myself, which was no big deal, but I wish they'd provided that information upon checking in. Other than that I'm happy with my stay and the staff's attitude. Thank you!

Unfortunately the reception are not friendly any more. I am not talking about any specific person. But generally it is seems you are talking with some robots or person that hates his (her) job

It is written there are Lockers in facilities But there is no lock for the Lockers and they sell lock, which is not nice, foxy beahivour
