this is a 5 star hotel, not 4. everything is perfect except what I will mention down

the breakfast is as a quality of a 3 star hotel, its the same for everyday, and there is no care for Muslims by providing Halal food, there is Not alot of options in general but there is No Halal option, I think even the eggs are made with pork oil.

Elevator taking long time to reach to each level and always busy, they need to add elevator to their building

The staff were helpful and kind during our stay, the room was BIG with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed for my son, very comfortable and clean. We had a kettle, coffee machine and clean room with replenished goodies and water everyday! They have nice breakfast, with many options hot and cold, fruits and cereal, breads and pastries, we ate well every morning. The area is quiet, good for sleep and rest after a long day touring around the city! Download BOLT to take a taxi around town, it’s very affordable and they come to you FAST!

They don’t have room service, if you want to order food, you have to go to the kitchen and order from them, then they will call you when the food is ready so then you need to go and eat the food in their restaurant area. Not in the room.

Room given to us is really spacious along with the wc that has a bidet. Breakfast variety is wide and i appreciate how they put a picture to help out our Muslim brothers and sisters on choosing halal. Staff were friendly specially housekeeping and bar area. Value for the money is reasonable it has an indoor pool which is a bonus for your stay when you dont have tour. I would recommend this hotel for tourist visiting tbilisi that have arrange private tour. But if your planning to do a tour on your own please take note that the location is far away from the center 10kms but you have an option to order a cab by bolt app that would cost around 15-19 gel per ride on the center.

Only 2 elevator and a bit slow which would take few minutes of your time. Not everyone concern but the property is a non smoking building so you have to go all the way outside if your a smoker.

I liked room design. They have very good thought, the put a basic espresso machine with capsule.

Resepsion staff arent hospitality. He gave an one room card and he told if I lost this card , they will charge card price.Although there are 2 elevators in the hotel, I did not see two of them working at the same time. I guess they only run one to save energy. However, the waiting time of the guests increases considerably.

Location right besides a big and busy road very far from the city center. The air quality is really bad there. Breakfast was very average. Butter was frozen. Pool smelled bad from the fungi. Should be aired more often, instead instructions to not open windows. No room service or mini bar. More like 3 stars, not 4 by international standars.

Room Setup and bathroom were good. New hotel, good arranged. They area is surrounded by many furniture and cars show rooms. MAC is by walking distance. very fast check-in and check out. They welcome me while I had early check-in. Very appreciated.

Breakfast was some how good, but when I requested Omelet egg, they refused to make me as I must only accept what was served and it was cold. No fresh juice. Location is little far from city center.

Hotel is new, rooms are huge and very comfortable. Great breakfast. A pool on the 14th floor with mountains view is amazing! We checked in at 4am with no issues as there is always someone at the front desk. I was driving, therefore location was not important to me. If I am in Tbilisi again I will definitely stay here.

amazing hotel staff are excellent location is good if you don’t want to be right in the city only a 10/15 minutes drive to the city centre. use the app bolt to get around the city it is very affordable and there are both cars everywhere. hotel was clean very good views of the city. you could see the chronicles of Georgia from our window. really recommend this hotel!!
