I have met the most Professional Intelligent and friendly receptionists Some rooms are set up apartment-style, with kitchen washer and separate spaces to sleep, hang out, or work. Everything was a top standard, Lots of things add up to the best hotel stay 💕Great Hospitality, exceptional service from the staff. 💕The rooms are among the largest in the city. 💕Large elevator 💕The hotel is clean and well maintained 💕Room well equipped, air conditioning, soundproofing, large TV, Reliable Wi-Fi 💕comfortable bed, Night stands beside the bed, Large Cabinets and desk for PC 💕Great Mountain View 💕Peaceful and quite 💕Big shopping mall, goodwill store nearby, mean that you can get all you need in one place I will certainly be staying again.

Value for money, clean big rooms. The house keeping was excellent.

Everyday we had to call for hot water issues , though it was attended and rectified immediately. Kitchen ware like a pan and a vessel is only provided if asked. Infact it should be kept ready as kitchen is of no use without it. Even washing liquid is provided only if asked these should be basic. Parking was usually full inside which is an issue, so had to park outside a couple of days. The staff had just one guy at reception who managed everything.

Staff are friendly and it is clean, with family room there is microwave and induction cooker, this is really important if we travel with kid. 24 hours open in reception, it is convenient if you arrive late or leave earlier. Big window in the room, i like it. and I like the bed.

it is a bit worn out. The toilet seat is not installed properly. one window could not close properly, we have to seal with towel or clothes in the night to keep warm in the room. Breakfast is good, but we are there for 1 week we expect there should be some change every day. It is kind of far away from the city center, not easy to access to shopping mall or restaurant. if you need visit nearby regularly, it is good to choose there, if you need go to city center, it is not recommend.

Amazing view, the hotel is impeccably clean, large room beautifully decorated and fully equipped, Fridge, washing machine, ironing, computer desk and working place. The facility includes Billiard room and beautiful garden. As to location, close to the american embassy and shopping mall with variety of brand name stores and restaurants. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel West in Tbilisi. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start the day. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The front desk team spoke fluent English and were incredibly helpful, assisting me with booking both a train and a taxi. I highly recommend Hotel West for anyone visiting Tbilisi—truly a fantastic place to stay!

It was really clean room, all works properly, beds were comfortable. Breakfasts were yummy but not full. Great bonus is small yard near hotel where we were walking with our baby.

Not motivated staff without any smile, desire to help or say goodbye. We asked to switch on heating in our room and it was not working properly and it was cold… thanks whether was nice and during day it was ok, but not at night.
