Very clean hotel, rooms are clean as possible. Special thanks to the staff for everything. The staff is friendly, responsive. There is a beautiful garden where you can spend time with children. Great view of the mountains. Near a huge center - Tbilisi Mall, where you can buy everything you need to stay here. Thank you for everything Hotel West.

My family was very pleased with the interior design and room cleaning. The recreational facilities at the hotel did not let us be bored and our children enjoyed very much as well. Very nice modern hotel.. It's more than just hotel room, it's apartment with all facilities.. I like the design of the hotel.. Location is the best in Tbilisi.. If you have a car like me location is perfect better than staying in old town and stuck in traffic.. Very close to Tbilisi mall and near Mtskheta For Muslims you can find a gem difficult to see it in Georgia, yes there was a hand shower (shattaf) 😉

I liked that, the location is not crowded. Parking is readily available, living/dining/kitchen and specially the balcony is spacious. Bedroom and bathrooms are well appointed, and they have bidets which, we always look for, whenever we book for rooms.

It was supposed to be an apartment type accommodation, the lack of cooking ware was noted and dining utensiles are limited to 4 sets. If you have 2 or more guest, you'll have to buy disposable ones, which you cannot do immediately as there are no nearby convenience stores.

I am here for an extended period of time in Georgia, and the hotel stay was my first stop. The staff was outstanding and even held an item I had left behind for a few days for me. It was close to where I would be working so I could get familiar with the area, and there is a lovely garden on the property to use.

The only small thing for me was that in the kitchenette there weren't any pans to use. I like to cook, so it would be helpful to have a couple pans and utensils to make food.

Stayed here for a month. The hotel is new with modern design. Really nice cosy rooms, quiet and clean. Bedroom has the best soundproofing. Kitchen has a full size fridge, all the kitchenware. Friendly staff helped me many times, all the questions I had have been resolved immediately. There is a beautiful garder with pomegranate trees, several tables with electrical sockets and some stuff for children. Location is far from city center but taxi prices are really low. Highly reccomend.

The hotel itself is great, staff is very responsive and helpful. The location is nice and quiet, 5 minutes walk time from the US embassy in Georgia, which is nice if you have an appointment. The bar area has a pool table, which we didn't have time to try, but still it's nice that it's there.

Breakfast was rather bland, could use more variety, spices and better beverages, everything else was great!

1). Private parking 2). Our sink was leaking but the service man quickly fixed it.

1). We booked the suite because it was 2 desks, but there are a few suites rooms in the hotel. And the room with 2 desks was booked. We were too tired for move somewhere else. So if you want a place for work - make sure that they will give you a right room 2). No air conditioner in the sleeping room.

Everything is amazing really recommend for others

One of the best places you can find in Tbilisi. Clean, comfortable, with spacious bathroom. Friendly stuff.

There is a kitchen with dishes and a sink. But there is no sponge and detergent. How am I supposed to clean them? The reception guy working at night asked political questions in rather rude form. Not acceptable for a 4-star hotel.
