Everything was fine. The hotel is situated in one of the historical districts of Tbilisi. We had a room with a street view, allowing us to enjoy the sight of the beautiful buildings, including a modernist-style theater. The hotel staff was very friendly and ready to help, providing all services quickly and efficiently: room service, laundry, and a kitchen with tasty breakfasts, etc. The hotel administrator, Artyom, was especially kind, offering all necessary assistance concerning our accommodation.

The first thing I encountered is the receptionist. Artyom is the first person I met in the hotel. He is welcoming, helpful, and responsive to all my requests. I really value his service and warm personality a lot. I also found other hotel staff as good and helpful.

Although room cleaning staff are responsive, generous, and doing their best but may be due to overwork or whatever other reason a little more can be done. This is not really a matter of concern but of improvement.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, Artyom helped us with rooms and also was available in the middle of night for help. Concise and great facility. We got it in 860 AED and it was value for money. All basic requirements are full filled. It is located in the best street nearby cafe and restaurant are available. Located in the middle of SPAR and Carrefour.

The hotel doesn't have elevator but if asked the staff helps with your luggage.

The location was great. It was in the business center. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops, boutique stores, money exchange. It's on a road that has stone path. Here, I would like to mention the front desk staff especially Shako and Macko who were very accommodating whenever you need a printout or something. They would also point out place to visit which were not on the internet. They would arrafkr taxi whenever needed. They also have weighing in the lobby to weigh your suitcases before heading to the airport. The breakfast was awesome, fresh fruits, bread, cold cuts, cereals, milk, fresh salads and eggs. The lady at the kitchen was very accommodating to make egg white omlette whenever asked. Overall it was great.

Nothing really to mention.

The quality and location of the hotel was excellent! There is also a supermarket below the hotel, so it was very convenient to do some shopping anytime. But the best thing was that the hotel staff was very kind! Among the wonderful hotel staff, one person named Mr. Artyom was very kind to me! Mr. Artyom was very cooperative and made my trip enjoyable. He behaved kindly even though my English was not good. Arigatoooo Artyom-san!!!!!!

We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment +balcony in July and I must say it was a delightful experience. Firstly, the hotel boasts an excellent location, providing easy access to the old city and many halal (Arab,Turkish,Indian) restaurant nearby. The receptionists were pretty welcoming and kind and helped transfer the luggage. The balcony was an excellent place to wind down after a long day of touring. No elevator at the facility. Also I recommend checking out the breakfast deal on-site prior to opting it to ensure it suits your taste (for Muslims esp)

the hotel is very cozy and comfortable. I stayed for 1 night and left early morning since i had to travel to a different location. Shalva helped me with a smooth check in and assisted me through out my stay. He was very cooperative and provided me with a breakfast box to go as i had to leave at 7 am in the morning. Would recommend the hotel.. also the location is in the city and there is a supermarket also next to the entrance of the hotel.

Location was perfect. Rooms were specious and well furnished. Staff were helpful. All the Halal restaurants and cafes are just on a walking distance. Metro is also on 10 min walk.

There was the noise from the street through the windows which was annoying. Breakfast menu was very limited and there was nothing special or attractive so we avoided breakfast and had to buy from nearby restaurants.

The property is very convenient as when you go down the hotel it is already next to the stores, convenience, stores, restaurants, etc. The room is just small, but very comfortable and quite clean. The bathroom is also very convenient and very nice strong warm shower.

We don’t mind hearing the neighbors or city noise, sometimes you do want to be quiet if you don’t want to disturb the others. Also, the staff are nice but they keep to themselves. We weren’t helped with our luggage when we arrived and we had to go on a flight of stairs. Make sure you ask back your passport from the reception once you check in, because they did forget to give it back to us. The breakfast is just so ok.
