We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment +balcony in July and I must say it was a delightful experience. Firstly, the hotel boasts an excellent location, providing easy access to the old city and many halal (Arab,Turkish,Indian) restaurant nearby. The receptionists were pretty welcoming and kind and helped transfer the luggage. The balcony was an excellent place to wind down after a long day of touring. No elevator at the facility. Also I recommend checking out the breakfast deal on-site prior to opting it to ensure it suits your taste (for Muslims esp)

The property is very convenient as when you go down the hotel it is already next to the stores, convenience, stores, restaurants, etc. The room is just small, but very comfortable and quite clean. The bathroom is also very convenient and very nice strong warm shower.

We don’t mind hearing the neighbors or city noise, sometimes you do want to be quiet if you don’t want to disturb the others. Also, the staff are nice but they keep to themselves. We weren’t helped with our luggage when we arrived and we had to go on a flight of stairs. Make sure you ask back your passport from the reception once you check in, because they did forget to give it back to us. The breakfast is just so ok.

I stayed with my young adult kids, two bedroom apartment was perfect for us. Rooms are clean, stayed comfortably. Staffs.specially Mr. LUKE (hope i got name right) he is so helpful and accomodating. Rest of staffs also polite and cheerful. Overall is a wonderful experience for us. Georgia is such a wonderful country to visit. Scenic views, cathedrals, delicious food, peaceful and safe to wander around. We want to come back again soon.

Nice hotel placed in a very nice location nearby a subway station and with lots of restaurants within 20 min walk. 20 min from airport by car, lots of Arab and Turkish restaurants nearby. The Bank of Georgia is 1 min walk to the left, nice coffeehouses are around and 2 grocery stores are in the building. Staff was really helpful. When I arrived around 6 am I was immediately offered a room, when I'd complained about smell from the bathroom, the room has been changed. The street was a little bit busy and noisy but with closed windows and air conditioning it was quite ok. Very comfortable bed and pillows, 2 bottles of water everyday, fridge and everything for tea. WiFi worked fine so I could work.

loved the property, the location was fantastic, the toilet had a bidet spray, and the balcony view was spectacular. There are is an amazing coffee spot 10 meters from the hotel, along with dozens of restaurants and supermarkets. They even had a weighing machine which helped us make sure our luggage didn't exceed the weight limit. Also special mention to the super kind and super polite Ivane & Lika for Everthing..

A really nice place to stay in a beatiful area of Tbilisi. 1. Excellent location, on a beautiful avenue, near the metro station. There are many good cafes and shops around the Hotel. 2. The apartment was also great: large, clean. Nice view from the large errace. Kithen is in the room. There was not frying pan in the room, but this problem was solved by the staff from the kitchen. Thanks! 3. Breakfast was very tasty and varied. 4. The staff is friendly and polite. 5. Wi-fi was working really fast. Thanks to the Margi Boutique Hotel!

Awesome breakfast . Location is a perfect 10/10 .... its close to the metro station and a very lively location . I'd like to specially mention one of the Receptionist , Mr. Shalvie ( please excuse my spelling if i'm mistaken ) he helped me with the printouts required for my travel . All other staff are good too .

The soundproofing of the rooms need to be worked on . There is way too much noise from the busy street but a better soundproofing can definitely be a BIG help .

The location is good. Close to the banks, restaurants, main sightseeings. Air condition works well. The room has a balcony.

Room 101 is quite noisy. It is close to the reception. There was a constant smell in a bathroom. Probably, it was coming from the canalisation. When we complained about it to the receptionist, a cleaning lady had come. But her efforts barely helped.

The location and the staff are amazing. Breakfast was OK , but up to the standard of a Boutique hotel. I am highly recommend this hotel for the tourists. Also staff upgraded family room to 2 bed apartment , with private balcony.

TV channels can be improved as no entertaining channels were there , adding more TV channels will help the people who stay up to a week.

We stayed at Margi hotel 4 days ..the hotel is so good location is perfect ..friendly staff especially the receptionist makho he is super friendly he helped us and made us feel comfortable in the hotel.he was the reason to extend more days in Margi hotel I advise everyone to stay in this hotel.
