It was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations and left me truly impressed. Upon arriving, the warm and welcoming staff greeted me with genuine smiles. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel valued as a guest. The lobby itself was beautifully designed, striking a balance between modern elegance and comfort. The location of the hotel was also a major plus. Situated in the heart of the city, it was conveniently close to popular landmarks and attractions, making it easy for me to explore and make the most of my time. The front desk staff are so helpful and nice specially Nino :)

During my recent stay at Tiflis hotel while I had an overall pleasant experience, I must admit that I was a bit disappointed with the culinary offerings at the hotel's restaurant. Muslims food (Halal) has a very limited choices, I'd like to have multiple choices of halal food as I saw so many Muslims guests during my stay.

Its more than a century old building, that feeling was nice to live with. My wife and kids enjoyed the property.

Its very hard to locate, and I might have asked way to this property atleast to 10 people on street and that too very close from hotel, nobody knows this place and the shared location is ending right next to hotel on the main street, from where the hotel isn’t visible

Good hotel for their value. Staff was very accommodating when I needed to check in earlier Young guy on the reception went above and beyond when I needed to change the room Due to noise from outside of hotel - I truly appreciate it! Breakfast was standard but good.

Although it seems all renovated it seemed like some things are not working properly or broken (light switches not connected or loose electricity cable in the room, and when taking a shower, water doesn't flow away. But personally for us no problem.

ROOM HEATER WAS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR US (INDIANS). POWER PLUGS 3 PIN SOCKETS ARE MUST TO MANAGE GADGETS CHARGING. LIFT WAS UNAVAILABLE, UNFORTUNATELY WE HAD 5 TROLLY BAGS.

Super bang for your buck! Our room was nice and clean and had everything we needed such as slippers and hairdryer. The bed was soft and comfy, and the shower was very nice. Wifi was good too. The breakfast was great, and the cafeteria can be used as a coworking space for those who need it. The staff was great too and allowed us to extend our checkout time free of charge! Located in a great, happening location, this hotel is near several high rated restaurants as well as a super aesthetic pedestrian street lined with cute Shisha bars. There’s also a really cheap and good gym nearby.

Great internet speed and reliability, essential for work trip. Room was great, clean, with air conditioner/heater, which was enough to create a needed warmth. A bit cold near the windows, bit overall great. Shower and toilet are clean, tasty simple breakfast and cool positive staff. Recommend!

Perfect place to stay in Tbilisi heart. If you want to be in center, but don't wanna all noise and choas, here you have a calm, green yard, beautiful building with a rich history and still you are close by all important sightseeings. Chugureti is the most lively district these days, with coolest places to visit, have a night out or find best food. \ Hotel is cosy, with great stuff, tasty breakfast and comfortable rooms.

Location of the hotel is great. Rooms clean and spacious.

On first day we had lack of vegetarian option for breakfast. I think that's common in this part as everyone eat some meat or egg in every meal without exception. Second day onwards they made efforts to provide something suitable for vegetarians.

Being in a max 5-minute walk from Marjanishvili Metro and 15-minute walk from Ilia Chavchavadze Literary-Memorial Museum the location of the hotel was very convenient for me. The staff including the manager were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good enough. The hotel and metro station Marjanishvili, are in Marjanishvili Square where you can find plenty of restaurants, wine bars, wander nearby streets, stroll along the River Mtkvari and feel exciting side of Tbilisi.
