The reception staff is fabulous. Everyone is always smiling. The people who were attending guests for breakfast deserve 3 cheers . Outside sitting area is well located. The balcony was nice. Size of family room is big.. infact huge . Washroom was big & perfect.

Housekeeping needs to pull up their socks. Often they forget to place drinking water , box of tissue or black tea in room . We asked for iron & ironing board .Got it 1 time but 2nd time we asked , it took 36 hours to get it . Hotel should buy few irons for guests comfort. These are nkt costly but very important. Also , noone bothered to inform us that irons were not available ..We had to assume it by ourselves. Need a few more hangers in cupboard too . If a couple is staying , need more hangers .

The staff were amazing and met every need, no matter how obscure the request was (within reason).

Having to leave

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada by Wyndham Tbilisi Old City! The staff were polite, attentive and helpful. The hotel is extremely cozy. The rooms are clean and cleaned and tidied daily by the staff. The bed was very comfortable. Wi-Fi is really very good. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent and rich. Nearby there is a market, supermarkets and shops where you can buy everything typical of Georgia. The old town of Tbilisi is only a 10-minute walk away, with many restaurants where you can try traditional Georgian dishes. I would stay at this hotel again at the next opportunity.

I was delighted when I saw the room, it was very cozy and very clean. I used the hotel facilities like the spa and swimming pool, and this made me very happy and after that I felt very relaxed. As a guest, I was also invited at a private party on the rooftop. From there it's a great view above the city. The guys from the reception was also very professional. If I will ever come back in Tbilisi, this hotel will be the first option for me.

Let me start with amazing staff, i had to check in late 9 hour later than planned, and they were avaliable. The receptionist guy, Artur as i remember is an amazing person, he upgraded our room to a suite and we had a long chat before entering an amazing room with all the great facilities, comfy beds, perfect amenities and wonderfull view of old Tbilisi. If i had to describe the stay with one world i would call it perfect, no doubt you get what you pay for but in Ramada you get more than you pay for. Excellent staff, excellent service and an amazing rooms, keep it up guys ❤️

I loved the stuff here very much. Everyone is so friendly and professional, I really felt like home! Thank you! Also the room service was great, you can order the food from the restaurant and it's tasty and not expensive in the same time. The room was just beautiful, made with great style and attention to details. Pure relax and joy staying there!

Just one thing separates this place from perfection and this is SPA: while being actually really nice in general, it has some fixible flaws, like, for example, the bucket with cold water near sauna didn't work, and this is sad, and the temperature of the swimming pool actually needs to be colder, because it's better for the health after baths. It feels like in general it needs to be paid more attention to the details there: for example to make the lightning cozier(!!!). Those are small things, but really important, since the great SPA makes great advantage and plays a significant role in choosing of the hotel.

We had a couple of issues with an early check-in however this was resolved and they upgraded us to a suite. The staff are exceptionally friendly and went out of there way to help you. The spa facilities are excellent and the hotel is exceptionally clean.

Staff were very helpful & friendly. The housekeeper was absolutely amazing - nothing was too much trouble for her and she always had a smile for us. The room was immaculately clean. Shower was good with consistent hot water. Convenient Location - a Bolt Taxi is very cheap with everything you need within a 5km maximum radius. There's a huge variety of food you can order to the hotel using the Wolt app.

The beds are very hard and can get rather uncomfortable after a while. There is very little soundproofing - you can hear your neighbours too well (the next room was watching loud TV shows until 2-3am which kept me awake) There was also a big, very loud party in one of the rooms and children running around the corridors late at night.

The family room was nice with receiving area and enough space for family of 6 with 3 adults and 3 kids. Decent breakfast buffet is served and the children were happy with with the cereals and breads with the nutella :). The staff serving breakfast as well were very friendly and accommodating. The location is good too, quiet, peaceful area and enough space in front of the hotel.

The bathroom sink was leaking and floor gets wet all the time. We appreciate also to improve in communication with reception staff as during check-out, they asks us to wait as they check the room but did not tell us it was okay already until we come and asked (after waiting for some time).
