Lack of variety in the buffet during breakfast

Great atmosphere and location. Not so good room service. Nice and clean hotel within walking distance of the Old town and metro station Avlabari. Standard room with a king-size bed was quite comfortable for a family of 3 (2 adults and 5yo kid). Friendly and hospitality reception staff. We spent four days in winter. It was cool in the room. No central heating, the only air conditioner. Breakfast was good, with fruits (apples, banana, oranges), fresh juice, coffee and tea, really tasty omelet, bacon. Excellent internet connection.

We were a bit disappointed with room service. It was not so good as in Holiday inn hotels I stayed before in different countries.

It was clean with good location , supportive team, breakfast was good , they manage to get me interconnected rooms for my kids . And allowed me to stop in front of the hotel

Smoking in the path room was very annoying. Especially when you close the door. Although it is a non smoking hotel.

the location was good. The room size was small but very clean and well maintained..Some of the front office staff especially nata was really helpful and tried to solve our problems.. The breakfast was decent and filling and the staff were competent .

No help to carry luggage to the rooms especially for old people like us. The room size is small. There is no cooked food available at the hotel after 5 pm although there is a lounge .

Me and my family recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Avlabari, Tbilisi and were impressed. The rooms were spotless and spacious, and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff members were not only kind but also incredibly attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. From check-in to check-out, their warmth and professionalism made us feel welcome. Special mention to Mariam, Naira, Koba and many others. Additionally, the hotel's location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of Tbilisi it was conveniently close to lots of attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily explore the area without any hassle. Overall, my experience at Holiday Inn Express was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and welcoming hotel with a perfect location.

Absolutely amazing hotel. New, clean, and comfortable. Nice staff, very friendly and ready to help. The hotel is cross the road from underground station, and location is very central. As it is not in an "old city" center, it is rather quiet. If you like international hotels - it is your choice in Tbilisi. If you do want to have "local vibe" in Sakartvelo, it is not the best choice as this hotel is very international. I adore this brand, and were not seeking authenticity this time, so I was more than happy about that.

As Avlabari district is under construction, immediate surroundings are a bit worn out. No SPA but it was known from the start. Pricing is high, but it matches the level of comfort. No rooms with a balcony if it matters for you.

I really loved the check-in experience. They even upgraded me to a room with a view. The staff at the reception were always there to help with a smile. The location was perfect for my requirements. The wifi was great.

Limited breakfast options. Even if I wanted to order something for dinner and not go out, the menu is quite limited.

The staff were very good, specially Mr. Temo, who assured us for the check in. Although there were no bell boys available for hotel, Temo was kind enough to to help us in carrying our luggage from car to the lobby. He was very co operative and soft spoken. He is an asset to the hotel, and we really love stay here again .
