The location was great for my purposes — I needed to stay in this part of the city. The city center is, however, in another direction but only 20 minutes from this place using public transportation that is cheap but irregular (and doesn't exactly follow the schedule). The place itself was very clean, all basic equipment was provided (kettle, cups etc.). However, I did not see any bath amenities — perhaps you can buy them, but I am not sure. The personnel is not annoying — I saw the person just once when paying. There was TV set and A/C in the room. There was hot water. In the same building there is one supermarket — it was convenient to buy something at evening before getting back to the room.

It was a bit confusing with my check-in. The place is located in an apartment house, and you are supposed to enter it using the key or calling via intercom. I had not key when I arrived for the first time, so I called via intercom and nobody answered. I texted inside the Booking app, but it took some time before someone answered me. Luckily, a friendly person that live there opened the door for me — and I managed to enter the hotel itself. Then the hotel staff answered me in Booking app that my key is on the table and I can go inside and sleep. All ended good in my case but that was only 11 p. m. or something around it — it could be trickier to get inside in the middle of the night. Apart from that, everything was just fine.

The room was really nice, located in a building with pharmacy and supermarket. A lot of cafe options close by. The hostess was welcome, gave me several advices of where to eat and treated me with cherries.

Didn't like the payment process. Instead of booking payment or cash payment at place I had to make a transfer, the comission for which cost me more than one night at the hotel itself. Not all the cheap transfer options are available for me.

It was self-check-in. There was a dishwasher, coffee maker, and fridge in the common facility.

One microwave oven in the common facility would be great.

Value for money, I was specifically looking at the property near my organization. Very clean. A supermarket is right in the same building downstairs. Very easy to check in - only codes.

- Convenient apartment - Bed was comfy - Toilet clean and good water flow (Shower) - Staff were nice - They are very flexible for late check out - There are many reachable shops, restaurants and cafés in the area

- There’s no soundproof some nights I couldn’t even sleep because the traffic sound really annoying specially motorcycles (even if lock the balcony’s door) - There shared minibar isn’t cooling enough - The room lights color is white which is ugly!

The location is beautiful (Vake), the building is modern, the staff is friendly. The city of Tbilisi itself is beyond praise!

It would be nice to organise ironing, breakfasts and laundry. Also it would be nice to buy a coffe maschine to be on reception.
