I liked everything.Before I arrived they satisfied my request for what I asked. Management, administration, security guards, cleaners, everyone is very friendly and responsive, always ready to help, to advise. The place is very convenient, the location is the city center.My check-in was at 3 o'clock, I asked and they accepted me earlier. They gave me a room with the view I asked for.I would like to thank all the staff and say a big thank you for everything they have done.I was very pleased.

Location is good. It has a beautiful hall/Lobby. Everything seems to be brand new. Room is comfortable, bed is confortable, airco worked perfectly. Sound isolation is good, you do not hear anything from outside. They have an iron and an ironing table in the room, which is priceless for people traveling for work.

Room was too dark, specially on the desk area. I had to use the desk to work in the evening, and it was hard due to lack of luminosity. It seems there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so moisture remains there for days. Nothing dries out there.

Everything about the hotel, especially its staff, is really exceptional. I had to cut short my stay short in Tbilisi due to the sudden passing of my father; the hotel was very understating and allowed me to use those days at other occasions without any extra cost, which was really wonderful and so nice from them.

Everything was smooth and the facilities exceeded my expectation.

Prime location in Tbilisi. Quite and neat regardless busy streets around. Excellent rooms! Reasonable priced. But most important: exceptionally friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They treat guests like a family! Looks like the management knows how to pick and to hire right people. I’m happy to recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Tbilisi. I almost never write reviews but today I believe that the front desk staff Tckara, Luka, Nika and Maga deserve my special thanks!

Everything was good in general. Very positive personnel, always ready to help. Clean room. The room smelled of fresh linen. Built in charging ports Type-C and USB. Good location.

Lack of hair conditioner and body lotion in bathroom. 5th floor, room without balcony. Breakfasts were too expensive, but there were a lot of other places to eat near the hotel.

I love the hotel , the location is perfect, the rooms assigned to us came with an amazing terrace. that gave extra seating space outside of the room. the staff are so friendly and helpful.

The issue i found is not particularly related to the hotel, but to the city in general in case you are a person with a phobia from dogs, it get quite scary as soon as you leave the hotel door it is almost definite that you will face a dog Infront of you.

I am satisfied with hotel even from the first conversation with reservation dept. Personnel at the reception desk were very friendly and in positive mood which. I would like to thank each person who made our stay in this hotel so colorful. I was granted for a free room upgrade. Additionally i have purchased a room decoration and it was also nice. Bed, mattress and pillows were extra comfortable. The room was clean and fresh. Newly renovated road in front of the hotel is open so there is no any discomfort with entering the hotel as it was described earlier by other guests. In general everything was very good. Will be back with pleasure

Slippers could be provided in the room. I've been charged more (27$) than booking cost and refunded only 17$. Not big money but still negative point

We had a great time staying at Ramada hotel. The hotel is about 1.5 to 2 km away from freedom square but it is easily accessible by walking, metro, bus, and taxi. There are two Ramada in Tbilisi. I enjoyed staying at this one. We took a taxi from the airport and around the city. It was very affordable and safe. We downloaded an App called Bolt and it was always easy to book a ride. To and from the hotel to the heart of the city is about 2 to 3 USD and it was worth it. It saved us time and energy. We were able to space our stay and focus on different areas to explore. There are nice restaurants and shops around the hotel. Just google the area before your stay. The area is quiet at night so we had good and relaxing sleep. Thank you Ramada for the effort and care during our stay. The receptionist were really accommodating. Special mention to Achi (I hope I spelled your name right.), he called and checked if we needed anything. There was a terrible earthquake in Turkey while we were in Georgia. While none of our loved ones got hurt, it still made us feel sad and vulnerable. Thank you Ramada for making us feel safe. We had to extend our stay for two more days because our flights kept getting cancelled and they handled it very well. The hotel is nice and clean, every staff looks very attentive, friendly, and hardworking. We ordered room service a couple of times and the service was quick, the food tasted delicious, and the price of the meal were affordable. After our busy day of touring the city, we always came back to a clean room. I can still smell the scent from the hotel lobby and our room. I have been to other Ramada hotels and it never disappoints. Thank you for making our stay in Tbilisi memorable!

The hotel ticked all the boxes for a comfortable stay in Tbilisi: - It is brand new new hotel. - 24/7 reception is so helpful when arriving early in the morning. - The staff is very polite and helpful. I had some questions about my early arrival and all the responses were quick and clear. - The location is perfect. You can walk to the old town (or take a metro- one stop only). The hotel is in Vera/Vake with so many restaurants, small bakeries and cafes near by. I bet it is not easy for the hotel breakfast service to compete with all the hipster breakfast places in the area. - The value for money is excellent. Overall, it was a perfect stay.

Even before our arrival our experience with the staff was simply amazing!!We called the reception and Achi was sooo helpful and Professional!!He helped us with things we didnt even think about!!We didnt know there are other Ramada hotels nearby but Achi was soo kind and he told us so we wont have trouble to find our hotel on arrival!!That was so thoughtful from Achi and we knew since then that we will enjoy our stay!!He even helped us a lot after we arrived too!! Always kind with a smile and helped us to find a taxi he even went with us and open the door so he will make sure we get the right one!!When we arrived we met Magda!!Another kind and Professional girl who again did everything so we will be happy!!!And everytime we saw her she had a beautiful smile!!! The Restaurant staff Eka,Maya,Zviadi, Izi, Megi and Aria and the Manager they were all amazing!!! You could really feel they care for the costumer!!! The Pastry shef....no words!!! The profiterols and cheesecakes we had were the best!!!! The breakfast sooo tasty and everything was so clean and nicely!!!Looooved the lemon tarts!!! The housekeeping staff i wiiiish we could meet them!! Cause they were doing their job perfectly!!! The rooms were beautiful and the bed so comfortable!!!And it was all so soundproof perfect for a good night's sleep!!! Overall the hotel staff told us that our experience would be unforgettable and it really is!!!We travel a lot but this was the first time we stayed in a Ramada hotel and surely it wont be the last!! Ramadaa By Wydham in Tbilisi the whole team makes the name of the hotel really high!!!
