The road is very, very tiring and dangerous during the night. The restaurant and the swimming pool were closed, due to crowding, as they said. Mostly it was the Israelis who we saw using the restaurant (the hotel is Israeli, by the way)

They don’t serve breakfast, or they serve it late by 10 am

The location, the staff, the cottage itself, the resort- the bridge, the views- everything was really we organized, we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Everything is super-clean, the quality of the decoration is to a 5-star level. We asked to extend the checkout by 1 hour and the lady was super friendly and allowed us to at no extra cost. Free entrance to the bridge for the guests and some free drinks in the fridge were a nice add-on too.

These are not deal breakers, just some suggestions for improvement. Provided the restaurant closed at 7, we could have done with a microwave in the room- especially as there's room for it on the shelves. The stairs were broken and a bit dangerous in one place (welding was breaking from the main pole). The breakfast was quite big but lacked an option of eggs/cereal and we were told there was no tea or cappuccino even though they had a professional coffee machine in the restaurant. The menu was printed on plain paper and printed lop-sided, which took away from the great impression of the restaurant a little bit.

The location and concept are fantastic, blending stunning natural scenery with impressive human-made structures. This is a place you shouldn’t miss. The hotel is large and offers both rooms and cottages. We stayed in a spacious cottage, but since it had recently opened, there were a few minor issues—like difficulty regulating the shower temperature. It was slightly cold at first, but when we requested, they adjusted it. Overall, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the view was breathtaking, and the restaurant was nice.

From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by a warm and friendly reception, with the incredibly kind manager ensuring a pleasant stay. The highlight of the resort is undoubtedly the villas. These spacious accommodations are spread over two floors, each equipped with multiple bathrooms and furnished with great attention to detail, making them feel cozy and luxurious. Guests can park directly in front of their villas, which adds to the convenience. In terms of value for money, Kass Diamond Resort is unbeatable. The prices are very reasonable for the level of service and quality you receive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Amazing views, extraordinary breakfast and large two-floors cottages. Great for a family or a group of friends 4-5 people.

We didn’t know that we had a free entrance to the Kass diamond site and payed when we entered it. Was a good thing to know before.

Very modern and well designed building, with large, two store space. Two bathrooms are very convenient, enough space for luggage, clothes and etc. Rooms are bright and modern, bed and pillows are comfortable. Hotel location is great, just in front of the canyon and bridge. Check in and check out process was very fast. So, excellent choice for weekend, highly recommended. Minor disadvantage is that there is no live TV channels, just YouTube.

Strange rule in restaurant. They served full menu dinner up to 7 PM, so if you going to have dinner, please, take into account, that meals choice will be very limited. And one more, prices are high, portions are small. Very disappointed! And one more. Water temperature in shower is not stable, changes every 15-20 seconds.

Cozy and nicely designed two-story cottages, there are two bathrooms and two large tv-sets, very convenient with children. Everything is brand new and clean, crispy white bedding and fluffy towels. Main attractions are across the road, hotel guests get free entrance. The best thing is their stellar service and personnel, everyone is super attentive and friendly, your every need is anticipated and timely fulfilled.

The accommodations at the resort are great. My room was tastefully decorated, featuring modern amenities and a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. Overall, Room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend to book resort with breakfast. The food and the view are amazing. Dinner at the restaurant was very authentic. We tried local fish, meat, Tsalka potato, and of course, wine. Our stay would not be as memorable without helpful and friendly desk manager- Amo. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, Amo went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guests were truly remarkable. Amo was always available to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and address any concerns promptly. His dedication and passion for creating unforgettable experiences truly shine through, making Kass Dimond Resort a standout destination.

The restaurant stopped serving at 19:00 and there was no other thing to do. It was nice to add a bar or any other activity since there is nothing to do at this area in the evening. The pool is not really a pool, but a standing small pool. Need to invest more about the free time. Currently it is not a place to stay for more than one night.
