Exceptional Service and Impeccable Staff – A Model for the Hospitality Industry. Our recent stay at this hotel and spa was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that set the tone for our entire stay. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, showcasing a level of professionalism and flexibility that is truly rare. What stood out the most was how effortlessly the staff handled changes to our plans. Whether it was a last-minute room adjustment or special requests at the spa, every detail was managed with care and precision. It's clear that the team here is not only well-trained but also genuinely committed to ensuring each guest has a personalized and memorable experience. The training that the staff receives is evidently top-notch, as they were consistently courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive to even the smallest details. If anyone is looking to learn how to run a hotel with excellence, they could take valuable lessons from the way this establishment operates. It’s a perfect blend of efficiency, warmth, and dedication. We left feeling refreshed and incredibly well taken care of, and we will certainly be returning in the future. Highly recommend this hotel and spa to anyone seeking a truly outstanding stay.

On arrival the staff are welcoming and very helpful, lovely hotel right in the middle of town fantastic location but heard no noise, everything was clean and tidy, room was good , bathroom was lovely, breakfast was fab everything you wanted was on offer, the spa and pool is so close and is amazing but no swim wear you have to go naked, kept getting lost in there but it is amazing , good secure garage for vehicle close by

Man in the pool area was not very helpful or polite, can’t get any drinks in the hotel, I asked for a tea and coffee they told me to go out side to one of the restaurants, a hotel of this standard you would expect to get a bar or some kind of drinks. Not even tea or coffee making facilities in the room which would have been nice.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. We took a suite on the other side of the courtyard. It was a little weird as there was no-one on reception and it seemed quite empty but maybe it was just the time of year. We had direct access to the wellness spa which was fantastic. Plenty of saunas and pools to enjoy. Tip, go first thing in the morning - much less people and a little more relaxing. Breakfast was very good. Lots of options to choose from. Staff were all very nice. We didn't dine at the restaurant so I can't comment on that.

Our room was never cleaned for the duration of our stay (5 days). They said it is done every second day, but no-one ever came. Not a big problem for us but it could be for some. I think you expect it when you pay so much. The room was a little cool for us and we couldn't alter the thermostat but I understand they may have been trying to reduce costs due to the energy crisis.

This place is magical. The more often I visit, the more magical I find it. If you stay here, it feels like waking up in a fairy tale. There is so much love in the detail. The old buildings combine an old fashioned flair with modern amenities. The rooms, dining hall and hallways are flooded with light that magically dances on the well chosen decorations. This place is like poetry put in a hotel. Breakfast is generous and varied including a nice sparkling wine as well es fresh juices and a ginger shot that will get the most tired person going. I am particularly fond of the coffee pots. Staff is helpful and very friendly. The environment is peaceful and quiet except for the soothing waves of the river Enz, which flows directly past the Rossini building.

I believe you are required to book a minimum of 3 nights to stay here, and that's what we did during the 1st May long weekend. We wanted to visit this region (beautiful!), and this was the best hotel. The lady at the reception was wonderful, we speak German very badly and she had no problem communicating in English with us. The hotel is very nice, in my opinion. Our room was spacious and clean. You have to ask to change your towels, but, honestly, we kept the same ones during our stay: at home we don't change them daily either and they were clean... Also, the towel warmer dries them pretty fast. You are connected and you have access to the Palais Thermal, which we tried just once. It was not our main point of interest, but we wanted to check it out anyway. We read that it was textile-free, and most of the places are, but the ground floor is mixed; we saw lots of people with swimming suits or shorts (as it was our case, since we're not used to bathe naked in public), but also people who were naked and no one seemed to be bothered or uncomfortable with one another. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Parking is limited but you can book it in advance and it's not expensive. We had a lovely time here and we would definitely come back

One small detail: the pillows were too soft (there's another one in the closet, but that one seems like it's decorative because it's too firm). Appart from that, everything was perfect.

Fabulous breakfast, great staff and free entry to the Palais Thermal. Plus a guest card which allows free travel by public transport in the Black Forest, free entry at the Vital Therme nearby and discounts for the Sommerbergbahn. Surprisingly quiet room too.

If you are lookiing for a place to relax in the Black Forest area, this is it. Everything about my stay was excellent from the room, to the breakfast, to the overall environment of both the hotel and spa. I would definately stay again.

Wonderful hotel with unlimited free access to the palais thermal, four floors. The room was clean and with a balcony, big bathroom, breakfast is very good as well. We were a bit late and the reception waited for us. Thanks again for such a nice experience we had.
