Pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service and the cleanliness of this hotel, 24 hour reception desk, free and large car park, brilliant breakfast buffet and a very clean hotel right by the main Autobahn. The staff were all really lovely and polite during check-in, at the bar and during breakfast. Managed to help us change rooms also from a twin to a double. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to the gentlemen at the reception during check-in who changed our room and also to the lovely lady who assisted us in getting breakfast sorted in the morning. Service with a smile goes a long way.

The only gripe was the poor wifi signal on the 3rd floor where we were. It is free and no registration is needed but the signal quality is poor but usable.

The staff are very nice, helpful, smiling, pleasure to interact with. The restaurant is great, dinner food is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is rich and varied and of excellent quality for the price. Bathroom was relatively spacious and very clean.

The room we had had the windows facing the motorway and because there is no air conditioning and it was terribly hot, even at night, we had to keep the windows open, which meant a lot of car noise.

Very well run hotel and excellent location for overnight stay between Holland and Poland. Restaurant was also very good standard and very friendly service from the lady on duty that evening. Its was a bitter cold evening when we arrived however the hotel and room was very welcoming and warm .Easy check in and out next morning.

Great location for us as we travelled east for Christmas. Very nice waiter in the restaurant and good food for dinner and breakfast. Clean and quiet.

Really soft / thin pillows meant none of us got a great night's sleep. The room was comfortable enough but there is hard laminate flooring which made it feel a bit tired and functional - some carpet would have made a big difference. No tea/coffee in the room. Woken by housekeeping banging the door and attempting to get in at 07:40 after a long day's travel the day before, because we hadn't put a "do not disturb" sign on the door. Definitely felt like a hotel for people just passing through

Very quite ambient; Fantabulous breakfast buffet selection, worth for money, great service with smile; Very clean room & good service; Almost all staff speaks English; Ideal location for own vehicle travelers; Lot of free parking space in front of the Hotel; Access to Lidl supermarket within a walk-able distance (< 200m). I recommend this hotel for single or family stay.

Very poor WiFi signal coverage in 3rd floor rooms. No mini fridge in the room. Long distance to get train station by walk.

The staff was amazing in helping us with our baby. The waiter suggested to my wife to keep my food warm while I was walking our baby (who didn't feel like being quiet during dinner) untill she was ready to take over. They heated the baby food and supplied some hot water for the bottle. All while being super friendly.

When we were here 3 years ago they had connected rooms (so with a door between them). They remodeled all the rooms (which is very nice) but I think they got rid of all the connected rooms. Not the biggest of problems, but would be more convenient than going between rooms over the hallway.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location near the highway very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, the bed squeaked, affecting my sleep quality. Overall, while the stay was pleasant, addressing the bed issue would significantly enhance the experience for future guests.

We have stayed in Sachsen- Anhalt for one night when on a route to Poland from UK. It is a great transition hotel , minutes away from A2 yet very quiet with spacious free parking. Hotel restaurant is serving food till 9.30 pm, good variety, with traditional German hearty schnitzels and a big selection for kids. our room was very quiet with comfortable beds and black out curtains. Breakfast have everything you could wish for before long journey ahead - different variations of eggs, sausages, pancakes, fruit, cereal and cold meat and cheese platers. Highly recommended!

Another stay ...as usual perfect for as! The big refresh of all property makes our stay more comfortable.. We felt like special guests !!! 5 Star for alternations and customer service! Thank you again, and hopefully, I will see you next year!

This Hotel is very close to the autobahn on our journey, easy to find and clear route, On check in we arrived late no problem checking in, advised there was no kitchen but a private party was ongoing

We had driven for 10 hours so pretty tired, no food was available and they did not put themselves out for our request, all the restaurants were closed on our way due to it being New Years Eve. We had to pay extra for the dog :-(
