The room was very big and nice, the bed very comfy and all the kitchen utilities very useful.

The machine check-in process needed a bit more explaination. As there was no explaination for what kind of "ID" was required to be input, and we didn't figure out that it was the Passport ID until calling the 24/7 phone service. The WiFi was also slightly unstable at times. There were also two lights in the room that kept going out and coming on again after a while which was slightly frustrating.

Great location

One of the rooms had a bad smell when we arrived. The smell went away after leaving the windows open for a while. We think someone may have been cooking something there before our stay When we arrived (late) the machine dispensing cards did not work and we had to call a number to get into the building and rooms we were staying in. The phone message was in German which would have been a problem for someone who cannot understand German. I think this can be improved

Late check-in was afforded by a kiosk outside the main entrance. It was simple quick and easy to use. The kiosk provided my room key and the whole process only required a few short minutes.

I can't think of anything. Everything was as advertised. It would've been nice to stream video from the television rather than watching from my phone.

Nice rooms. Stayed there for a month. There was cleaning service every week. Nice view from 4th floor. I think, for the price I paid, an oven would have been nice. They were helpful to provide kitchen items like pan, plate, cutlery...

Germans. They do the job and they disappear. There is no 24*7 reception. But when I called with phone, there was someone available for help. I wouldnt say it is a bad thing. Since I have lived in Germany previously, it was fine for me. But for new travelers, it can be frustrating. Although I booked for 1 month, my access card stops working after a week. So, each week i had to get it checked. Again it is not a bigh issue.

The lift was broken towards the end of stay. Had to use lift at far end. Path outside accommodation to main road could be a bit safer when snow & ice. It is a bit pricy when you consider that stay does not include breakfast, but that's a general issue these days.

Was a great self-contained studio apt very close to full shopping possibilities and multiple city bus routes.

I didn't like that there wasn't someone available at the property from 7pm to 7am in case there was a need. Or at least an easy to reach number if there was a problem with the key cards.

Spacious, bright and airy room with comfortable bedding. Really quiet. Located in a nice suburb of Berlin, excellent public transport made it very convenient to get into the city and back home regardless of the day or time.

Shower water pressure was weak in the mornings. Fine if showering at night.

It was a good sized flat, easily accessible with key card, parking available. Good shower, reasonable wifi and was very clean and staff were all great. Towels etc good quality.

Facilities in kitchen were meagre,no sharp knives for peeling/ cutting. Cross-ventilation was not good during hot weather, too warm in flat.

The apartment was clean, cozy and located in a nice neighborhood. I booked it for my parents who were visiting me for a couple of days. They had a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend 😌

there were some issues with the automatic check-in, not that it was bad but the day after the staff did not know the exact room number I was in.
