Kitchenette was well equipped. While we did not cook much other than tea or coffee, we were able to heat up restaurant leftovers, keep simple breakfast food on hand and generally be quite comfortable. WiFi worked fine for two computer nuts who keep current with events back home on trips. There is an elevator! Hurrah, if you have luggage for several weeks.

Quarters feel a little tight to Americans used to more space. However, the space at Goodman's isn't any smaller than most 3-star hotels, and the kitchenette is well equipped.

Right next to the U-bahn, which was very helpful. A main S-Bahn station is also nearby and very easy to get to from the hotel. Location is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly as they were very accommodating around checking out early due to an early flight. Well stocked kitchenette, easy to use - with the added bonus of a dishwasher which made things so much more convenient. Bed was very comfortable!

The room was a little bit dusty, particularly on top of the lampshades (which are fabric and I can imagine would be difficult to dust). It wasn’t bad, but if a visitor has allergies or asthma, it might be something that may affect them. This is literally my only note, I’d definitely stay again!

I did not know there was a breakfast. Close to opera house and several nice restaurants and subway station. It was quiet and the building was very secure which I liked as I was traveling alone. Would have like the towels changed and garbage taken out every 3 days. Had to remind staff about this.

Not sure if there could have been anything better. Maybe vacuum every 2-3 days.

Comfortable apartment. Everything I needed and very quiet. Aldi right downstairs. Coming from the airport I got the S-bahn and got off at Charlottenburg station. Cheap as chips compared to the express train and only took an hour.

Strange layout but I kinda loved it. A bit further out of the city which is also fine as there's the underground and I was there to walk anyway.

It was a nice room with everything you might need in the kitchen and all, really spacious. You can chose from 2 types of pillows but mattress was too soft for my taste

Even in the room with 2 beds bathroom DID NOT HAVE THE DOOR. If you are traveling with friends or relatives prepare to become closer as no door and mirrors in all the right places calls for the strict rules of sitting still for the shower time or get to see what you weren't prepared to see. The beds are narrow, like 70sm, so not very comfy for an adult to sleep in

The keys were in a lockbox beside the door - we did not have to look or go elsewhere for it. The code to open it was sent days before our arrival. The cooking facilities were great including induction stove, pans, salt, pepper and sugar. An Aldi is located at the bottom of the next building. I liked the Nespresso unit. We did not know where to find capsules (Aldi does not sell Nespresso), but it turned out that we could buy capsules by the ten from reception - we arrived that's why we did not know how to get coffee in the morning - for me this was a great features which could be advertised. The next day we sipped our after lunch coffee sunbathing on the balcony. Great and wide (160cm) beds. Impeccable cleanliness: counter/fridge/bathroom/toilet. Air condition. Toilet and bathroom separated. Good velvet curtains that filtered out the light. Practically no noise at all. The pictures showed exactly what we got.

The room was clean and cozy. The interior and the lighting are well designed to feel relaxing. The location is nice. Plenty of stores and shopping malls around. And there's subway just out of the door.

The room is too dark at night. The lighting is not enough. But I guess that's by design. The elevator is too crowded for even just 3 people.

A big room with all the needed facilities, very comfortable. The stuff is great, kind and and helpful. The location is perfect, next to the subway. I am a returning customer and will return again.

The room is overlooking the street so it was a bit noisy in the evening and morning. I like to keep a window open a little... for the air, so street noise was heard. It is not a noisy street during the night though and I slept with earplugs.

Almost everything. We were able to check in a little earlier than expected. Staff were welcoming, and very helpful with any queries we had. Supplies ie towels shower/shampoo in room very nice. Loved my upgrade😁

Carpet. Non slip floor tiles would be easier to clean and more hygienic . 'Would have liked a couple of coffee pods/tea bags/ creamers and a bottle of water as a welcome pack. To be fair though, Aldi is right next door.

I come from years now in this place … everything is nice but just share some suggestions … in the past a breakfast and a welcome juice were available … for sure the lobby is small for the breakfast but why not proposing some breakfast basket to take in the appartment ? Beds are really so soft from my point of view and bed light so dark you can’t even read … some improvment possible that will give back the 10 I was given in the past …
