The room was spacious with a big, comfy bed and it had a bathtub. There was another door to our room that filtered the outside noise from the hallway.

The room was very clean but we saw 3 of these bugs that only appear in old, forgotten places - one of them was below the duvet on our bed. Also, there were no toiletries apart from the hand soap/body wash/shampoo that we assumed was used for all this purposes.

late night arrival can be challenging because main reception entry is at the back with poor street lighting.

The staff was very friendly even though my arrival time at the hotel was very late. They accommodated a lot of questions and requests. The room was very clean and spacious. Top Preisleistungsverhältnis.

The temperature of the room was slightly chilly with no way to be adjusted by the guest. The room key was a bit fiddly and took a while for me to be able to open the door.

The room was spacious which was perfect for me and my son. He loved the place, as did I. The personell was professional, interested and polite. All in all our stay was above expectations, and we especially liked the calmness despite proximity to large road nearby.

A refrigerator would have it perfect.

The reception was warm and friendly, parking was available on site, it was a great location to explore the rhine travelling south

The nbed was not the most comfortable for me.

It is clean, comfortable and breakfast was really good.

Everything was ok except the elevator was not working. It is a bit complicated specially traveling with family.

Lovely reception staff- friendly, helpful and efficient Spotlessly clean. Quiet room and location so a sound night's sleep. Wouldnt hesitate to stay there again if near Bonn. Oh, and great value too!

The man at the reception is the best hotel staff member I have ever met. He was very welcoming and helpful and gave us a good advice. The employer should cherish him and promote him immediatly.
