Although situated next to a lively road, the room was quiet and air conditioning worked well. The underground garage was handy and one doesn't have to be worried about the possible car theft. The beds were very comfortable. I can recommend this place for those who don't want to pay too much for hotel room close to München.

We were staying in a studio that had a small kitchen corner. We were thinking that there would be an oven and a microwave oven, but no. The detail "kitchen" stated in the information section was a bit misleading, because it seemed to mean only a cooking stove. We thought we could have those amenities. The frying pan in the room was dirty and there could have been more kitchen utensils. There were no wine glasses and only one plate. The bidet shower wasn't working at all, which was a bit annoying. Floors were a bit sticky when we arrived.

The room was very nice. All the comfort you need and a very spacious. The internet connection was great, lots of tv channels and a very nog and comfortable bed. Oh, and the bathroom was very nice as well.

Although I really liked the hotel, I would like to add 2 tips. 1 The smokealarm went of twice in one night because someone was smoking in a room. You should really have a look at that system. No need for every one in the hotel to wake up because some idiot on the other side of the hotel is smoking. 2 I received more then 10 emails after I booked. That is overdoing it and slightly annoying.

The room is new and furbished in a minimalist style, which I appreciate. The bathroom had superb air flow, which meant that the mirror never got condensation, as well as any smells from the toilet vanished immediately. Although it overlooks a major road with heavy traffic, when you close the window you hear absolutely nothing. Same goes for doors and walls. A great thing if you’re a light sleeper.

As the room is very minimalistic, there is no minibar fridge, so consider that if you have any food or drinks with you that need a refrigirator. The bed was comfortable, but maybe a bit snug for two people (we stayed in a queen bed, there are king options from what I remember).

Check-out in 12AM - I started to forget that such option exists :) Big, clean, new room - much bigger and nicer than any, that I saw recently even in the hotels with more stars Excellent value, If I will need to stay in the area, I will do it without any doubts

In the reservation was written that check-in can be done till midnight, but actually after 11PM, it can be done only via automatic desk, which is behind the closed door and you need a card to get in. In the end it all finished good anyway. Staff need to smile more :)

The hotel is in good location to Dachau bus and train station either on foot or by bus with bus stop just 150m away. I loved the large room and comfortable bed. During our second stay we had a studio with fridge and stove top for a quick meal or breakfast. An electric kettle would have been ideal though we were able to heat water for tea in the cooking pot from the kitchen. A wonderful stay at reasonable price.

Nice, new, modern and clean hotel. Everything is brand new and lixurious. It was really quiet and relaxing inside. In general it was a nice experience!

I would not describe it as "suits". It reminded me more like Ibis, due to the size of the room and the whole mentality. I have only 2 comments: 1. The room cleaner (a man) walked in our room to clean while I was chamging clothes and I was alone. I started showting and I was in shock for a few hours after that. I complained at the reception and the lady was very kind and showed compassion. The also gave us a bottle of prosecco for compensation. Buce gesture. But as a note, we stayed only for one night, so the cleaner could wait one more hour. But the hotel reacted very well. 2. If you have a car you are obliged to pay extra for the oarking even though there is no other option in the area. And the period we stayed their parking was empty. So it was more or less our only option.

Only stayed one night on our travels through Europe. Was dubious due to reviews however found the entire stay great. Reception was very welcoming. Parking underground available, ample spaces, €10 per night. Rooms were HUGE, very clean and comfortable bed! Could benefit from tea/kettle facilities in room and fridge but otherwise great. Really big hotel, felt a bit like warehouse but overall great.

A very new, modern hotel with very large rooms and a very convenient underground car park, or in my case, motorcycle park (for which you have to pay a supplement). Very clean and exceptionally quiet even though quiet a few people were there when I was there. The staff were also very friendly.

Nothing really. Some people have moaned about the breakfast. It was a litle expensive but there was scrambled egg, fruit, cereal, etc, but I enjoyed it.

The rooms were sparkling clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot with great pressure. The kitchen was nice with a fridge, pits/pans, a few utensils, and kettle. The bar downstairs looked inviting, but we didn't have any drinks there.

The kitchen, while nice, could have been a little better stocked, but that's if I'm nitpicking. The AC works, but it's weak. However, opening the windows does the trick.

Modern rooms at really competitive price. Overall was very clean. Front desk staff were very polite.

Staff communication prior to my arrival was very poor: I did not like receiving mails since my reservation exclusively in German. I do not see a big effort to include an additional translation in English. Additionally they never responded to a mail I sent for some questions (I called the structure in the end).
