Located in industrial zone of Dachau, perfect for our needs (attending Euro 2024 match at Allianz Arena). Clean and room was spacious and wheelchair usable as promised. No complaints here. Good wifi, great bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. Free parking outside or in garage. Tasty breakfast with singing cook (Rock me like a Hurricane :-)) Comfy beds, heavy and dark curtains for late sleep in.

Staff at reception a bit slow, breakfast price 12,90 € (but we knew this in advance, no hard feelings), no fridge or coffee/tea amenities in the room. Price/value not so great, but expected...

Breakfast was excellent--its adjacent to their coffee shop and bakery so plenty of food and variety of it is available. Overall nice and current design for a two-story quint business hotel. Our room was very spacious, and comfy, also clean (beds are new!) Very welcoming and kind personnel is running it--very attentive owner too! Everything we asked for or needed, was immediately tended to and taken seriously and with all kindness and efforts to please us. Plenty of parking, good vibe, positive energy and good scent as well! (important)

Everything about this hotel was perfect. I made a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight and was cold and tired by the time I arrived. The staff were super-friendly. My luggage was lost and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed including a phone charger. The hotel and the room itself were both spotless. I booked the junior suite which was a good size with a large lounging area and a work space. Had a great night's sleep. The bed was comfy and the room was very quiet. The included breakfast was incredibly good, a large variety of foods and a really good quality. The jam in particular was really fruity and seemed handmade. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There is really nothing that I can fault about my stay.

We like the confort of the bed and space of the room. We love to ha the coffee shop & bakery in the hotel.

Our room was made for one person, we have to ask for a second duvet quilt and towel set. The housekeeping personal was not nice, they were knocking on the door before the checking out time and not polite when talking. After we left the room, they were calling us from the distance when we were waiting for the elevator just to ask if they could already get into the room. From the parking 🅿 slot we could see them laughing and talking on the mobile phone on the balcony of our room. In relation quality-price, we were a bit dissatisfied 😒 because room doesn't have a coffee machine, there was not shampoo in the shower 🚿 but hand soap instead and just one little bottle of water for ✌️ that we were. So, for €209 per night 🌃, we were expecting more details to have in the room.

The Newness the cleanliness and the interior design and many lobby Tv's with sitting rooms and gym and bar and restaurant then additional outside shops. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is well laid out. The staff were so helpful with many helps and directions on what to do and see, and on sites, bicycle hire is available. Though they are not electric, however, concrete riding tracks straddle the main road.

Everything is so very good that I have no complaints.

An excellent location, modern amenities and look,excellent staff. I had to check in at 10.30 p.m., whereas, the reception closes at 10.00 p.m. A phone call, and staff was waiting for me. Next day, I asked for a late check out & they happily agreed. Shall stay in future visits to Munich for sure

The property should look on the prices. 175 Euro for a single person is too expensive, as per Germany standards. There are many options available at much lesser price in the vicinity. It is suggestion and not a complaint.

The hotel’s staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean. Our room was average size. The bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was very nice. It had American and European options. The breads were great. The sweets were great. The soft pretzels were great. The server made your eggs and coffee each morning. There were more options on the weekend than during the week. He was very polite and pleasant.

The hotel was lovely and clean at all times. The staff were extremely friendly.

When we arrived it was warmer than we like but we couldn’t get the air con to work. I mentioned this to the staff who sent an engineer, but even he didn’t seem to be able to sort the problem. Later in the week the weather turned cold and we couldn’t get the heating to come on. By that time we were going home the next day so didn’t report it.

It's a second time we stayed in Modi over 5years. We liked much a breakfast selection, garage parking space was perfect for us as we travel by car. Room is clean and every utility is working well.

There could be a little fridge in the room, we had to use the one we carry in the car. If 4 people staying in Suite room there are no enough wardrobe hangs and generally no place in bathroom to hang all the towels.

The staff was very kind and helpful. We asked in advance to get the room 1 hour earlier, than the check-in time and in the end, we got it 2 hours earlier. The room was huge. We could efficiently work from the room: there was enough place for 2 laptops and the wifi was very fast. The bed was very comfortable. The room and the bathroom were modern and very clean. The parking place was great too. For the breakfast, there were plenty of choices, gluten-free too and the coffee was very tasty.

The only miss that there was a bakery under the hotel, which was opened only until 6 pm, instead of a restaurant. In the bakery, there were no gluten-free options. If we wanted to have dinner we needed to go out by car.
