I have a cow milk allergy. There were enough alternatives for me to have a nice breakfast, even soy milk. Not just the zero lactose. (But it is always safer to ask)the thee water is not from the same nosle as a cappuccino machine. So no milk rests by cross contamination. Enough and nice thee assortment. Staff was kind and helpfull. If they did not know, they took the time to find out. The bar has some snacks but for a good meal you could go to the town on the other side if the bridge. There is a very good italian resto. We only stayed one night passing through. Not far from highway but you do not hear it in your room. Enough free parking. Room was nice, clean, and up to standards. In our room there was no refrigerator. To cool our drinks for the trip next day.

If I have to say something. That there was no refrigerator in the room. And add amandel milk to breakfast next to soy milk.

I stayed the night room only. The hotel is meters from the Autobahn exit. It is ultra modern. Easy luggage drop off at the front door. Plenty of parking. Immediate impression of space, large lobby, wide corridors. Bedroom was relatively spacious and well laid out.. walls and ceilings are unusual in that they are finished concrete with wood floor and tiled flooring for shower, sink and toilet. Very different for me but I loved it. Bed was very comfortable. I didn't use any facilities but there was plenty of seating in the hotel, a pool table, sauna and a gym. I enjoyed the stay and I am booked to stay there again

My bedroom was on the ground floor with a footpath outside. There were very few passers-by but to get privacy I needed to close the curtains even in daylight.

Comfortable, luxerous room. But this must be expected, because the room was not cheap. The hotel is close to the freeway, so ideal if you are traveling to the south.

There was no restaurant at the hotel. Instead we received a flyer to order food (pizza, Indian, ..). However the food was deliverd more than 1.5 hours after we ordered it. Not nice when you arrive at 20:00, are hungry and want to get up early the next morning. Our advise: take the car and go to arestaurant.

Staff are extremely friendly especially Tarek and Carmen at the reception, Daniel and Ilias at the bar . They do their utmost to help you and gave us all the information needed to go to other destinations. Clean towels everyday, clean room and nice view.

Maybe a small refrigerator in rooms that have tourist for longer days.

The hotel looks very nice and modern. It is clean and cozy. We liked billiard, nice view from our room and interior. Sauna was amazing as well. The hotel has also nice location. Not far from alps. Was a great deal.

Because of warm weather air in the room was dry first night, so open window as soon as you arrive. Nice location near highway has other side - it is always noisy even at night with open window. Maybe because of public holidays selection in the breakfast was small but everything was fresh and tasty. If you traveling as family with kid the bed might be tight for longer staying.

The hotel was modern and very clean. It had everything a traveller could hope for. The reception staff were perfect and made us very welcome. They even had a robot called Peppa which entertained us. Great place.

The facility was well taken care of and the staff were incredibly helpful. Oh and parking was great and free. Also, the breakfast is a bit pricey but we enjoyed it.

The room was just a bit small and the shower without a shower curtain took getting used to.

Clean, open plan, uncarpeted rooms. Lovely toiletries. Kettle in rooms. Nice space in lobby to sit, play pool (free!), buy drinks.

Felt a little exposed to passers by if the blinds were open. Beds had really rubbish thin mattress that were plastic coated, they really let the rooms down as they were otherwise really excellent.

New and modern place, friendly staff, enough parking spaces and not far from Kempten (by car of course). Looks like it is built in the middle of nowhere but it is absolutely nice, because it is peaceful and quiet there. And with lots of nature around!

A smoother adjustment of the air conditioning was really handy. It was a bit unclear if was it working or not.

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The Deluxe room is great value for the price. Great view with seating integrated in the window, Rituals soap and shower gel. The service was great, and the staff quickly respond to any questions

The mattresses have plastic (i think) protection, making them quite noisy
