Central location, nice and polite stuff, clean rooms, simple but tasty breakfast. Ideal for a short trip in Dortmund. Self controlled heating made our room more cosy. The hotel is nearby of the centre so the strret is crowded and noisy, but this fact did not bother us, we were there to explore the cities and not for staying at the hotel 0-24. We could leave our luggage at the reception right after checkout - around 10 AM (we departed afternoon) although the reception is open from noon. Highly recommended.

I like hotel location. Really Center and too close to railway station. I like room with old-school style and furniture. Cute room with soft bed. There are lamp, chair and table, outlets, wardrobe and etc. Personal is kind. With welcome smile and positive vibe

Room was too cool and I got ill. blanket was too short for me. There should be additional blanket. In room 205 was so noisy. Window misses each voice

The staff was wonderful and friendly. The location was easy to get to from the train station and right next to the place where we had appointments the next day. It was also near to old town, so a reasonable walk for dinner. Overall, it was good.

It was sooooooo loud outside. There was a football match so there were a bunch of partiers but still, the noise made it a bit difficult to sleep.

Great location close to main railway station and handy for trams. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lift available to upper floors. Reliable WiFi.

Reception unstaffed before noon. Area was a bit run down and seedy, with lots of noise from drunken revellers at night and early morning.

We came for a metal festival at the JunkYard and it was a 30 minute walk to there. Breakfast not very good. Clean rooms and nice staff. The location is seems safe enough. For the last floor there is no elevator

It was clean and in the city center. And reasonbly priced.

It is in th center where, I guess, thare are many bars and clubs. We were there at the weekend and there was lots of noise on the street untill very late even after midnight.

Convenient location (close to the train station and the city center), helpful staff, room clean and quiet (mine on the back of the hotel, not facing the street), TV with English channels.

A bit noisy on the street outside at night but otherwise a nice spot. The room doors, though secure, are not sound proofed so small sounds from others jingling their keys in the hallway can easily be heard.
