The check in was straightforward, desk was available 24h. The people in the reception were extremelly nice and competent. They have a bar also open 24h. The room was clean and minimally furnished. Temperature well regulated

There is no direct lift to the 5th floor, have to take it to the 4th and then stairs up. Lift was anyhow small and snapy, quite old. The beds were much too soft, and even if we booked a double bed, we got 2 individual beds put together, which separated all the time. In the bathroom there were small details, as the baseboard fo the shower open, or a very noisy air extractor. Not real issues, but things that if I was at home, I would repair. The room looked a like empty, a bit strange.

Nice hotel in nice place, a cross the street from train station, and right next to shopping street . Nice stuff , clean and spacious rooms . The club next doors 😁 bar have tables outside the hotel , which is nice in summer ☀️ I had big headache in the morning , and stuff helped me with ibuprofen, thanks to them ❤️

TV very small , at this stay it was not important as we almost haven't been in room , but if someone expect big tv , maybe it's a cese

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The rooms are large with a large bathroom. One can have breakfast in the morning, which can be bought on the spot. The food is varied and excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is across a railway station and a bus station, so you can quickly get around wherever needed.

The hotel has a very convenient location in the heart of the city - close to shops, cafes, public transport stops. There are very friendly staff who are always ready to help. The room didn't look new, but was in very good condition and we were comfortable in it.

Since the hotel is located near the train station, there are always quite a lot of people next to it, it's noisy and a little dirty. This is not a problem with the hotel, just a warning to those planning to stay there. I would also note the bed, it was too soft in our opinion, but this is our personal preference.

Location was great. Right across from the train station, close to dining and shopping. Room was spacious, spotless, comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Bar area was nice.

No fridge in the room. Curtains didn’t completely close to keep out light. Breakfast was rather pricey.

Room was exactly as expected. Clean, well decorated. Good shower with soap and shampoo provided. I only stayed one night so could not explore the features of the hotel very far.

The room was very hot and sorry to say.....................the pillows were quite hard!

Very near the train station. The receptionist was charming and professional, and I got a room not facing the street. Good price to value ratio

Noise from the elevator seems to propagate through the whole building...a bit annoying

for the location and the price it felt like a 4 star. It is a two star but is right across the railway station and the cost was less than 60 euro. So taking that into consideration it was a good value for money

Hotel is in city centre, just a few minutes away from the main train station, so it's very comfortable for tourists. Opposite the hotel is Germany Football Museum. Just around the corner - some main Dortmund streets with many brands shops and other offices, very good indeed. Hotel was nice, cousy, hotel has restaurant inside, some tables outside the hotel. Bathroom was clean, quite big and with all items

I was staying here just for 1 night so had noticed only 1 little problem - if people or stuff are talking in corridors, you here it also in you room.

Location is excellent for the main train station, access to the city centre and German Football Museum. Staff were great!

Nothing all good. We had to leave early so didn't try the breakfast.
