Room 5.06 was excellent. Disabled room 112 had poor drainage and the room flooded when showering. Staff were overall excellent. 1 staff member took a request to change room on the Thursday and then packed up and went home, he didn't pass this to his colleague taking over. I had to repeat my request again but this did result then in immediate excellent customer service

The hotel is conveniently located in the central station, so it was great for this trip, as I needed to use the trains often. Also, it's just a few minutes walk to the city center, where all the restaurants and touristic stuff are. The room was large and clean. Had all the necessary things you would expect to find in a hotel. It actually had a terrace too. The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.

Due to being so close to the central station, there were many homeless people nearby the entrance.

The staff were polite and helpful at reception and the housekeeping staff. The location was excellent right next to main railway station and bus and taxi stand. Well signposted from motorway and close to motorway exit. Central to town centre. Only let down a S no kettle or tea making facility in the room and inconvenient location of power points. This is a budget hotel and it is a good choice within that category

I was upset at the bad rating the hotel had .... And very surprised to find it so nice and clean. I think price relation to comfort was perfect. For me at least 8 rating!!!!

Breakfast: at 8:30 already all eggs gone, very limited selection of food At some parts of the hotel I still smelled cigarettes even though the hotel is obviously non-smoking since a long time. (a hint: the light in the bathroom goes on after about 10 seconds after pressing the switch :))

The hotel itself is in need of renovation, but overall, it is an excellent value for a short stay.

Breakfast could be a little better. Only rolls - no slices of dark seeded bread. Coffee machine was difficult to find out. We just wanted plain black coffee and it turned to be creme coffee.

The location of the hotel just next door to the station and in front of the pedestrian zone. Very clean shower and bathroom

No security for the lift, in other b&b hotels the room card needs to be presented inside the lift. No hot water kettle to make tea in the room...

Location close to city centre and amenities, secure parking and really helpful staff.
