The staff was super friendly and accommodating for everything. We needed to extend our stay and they arranged that for us without changing rooms. Note: we were not in the hotel itself, but in a room in the residential building across the street. We did stay for dinner there on most nights, the burgers are awesome.

The only issue was that the showerhead was leaking and in general we felt the shower was not very comfortable.

All staff members are really professional. Delicious breakfast each morning. Close to the subway station. Really clean rooms, staff is cleaning it daily and offers you 1 pack of Haribo for each person.

Only 1 suggestion from my side - more brighter light bulbs inside the room. Could be not comfortable to people who wishes bigger rooms - for me personally it wasn't an incovenient.

I loved the location, staff, drinks, beds. Very comfortable and totally worth the price. Definitely going there again, and already booked my next staying.

There was a lack of functioning ventilation in the bathroom. And the lack of shampoo in the bathroom.

We were late, but the staff stayed and waited for us with no problem. The young lady at check in did a great job, telling us all the things that we needed to know for the stay. Also she helped us find parking.

The cleaning ladies in the morning told us that we can't use the elevator.

I enjoyed stay in this hotel. Room were small but its ok for me for 1 person, but most important very good and friendly personnel

That was late check in that day and I notified the reception desk. They left the key room for me in the post box with all instructions. When I arrived I had no problems to get in and rested. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Staff couldn't be any friendlier. The young gentleman in reception went far & beyond to help us settle, including guiding us through street parking. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Not sure about area as we were only there for 1 night and kept travelling. Bathroom was compact but functional, had everything you need. Good shower.

This was an excellent value for money hotel. The main bed was excellent. The breakfast was excellent although on the third morning there weren’t enough guests so there was no cooked option but there was still enough good food.

The toilet brush was disgusting and needs immediate replacement We booked a 3 bedroom room but I didn’t realise the third bed would be a camp bed. My friend who slept on it said it was ok though

maybe it's just that the toilet in the room was smoky, so when we arrived the windows were open everywhere and that made it cool to sleep. but everything else was great

All okey, nice place to stay! We need to wait a moment longer for our room- but the hotel crew proposed us a free coffee and they were really nice and helpful. Really good rate- price/quality.

Only one minus, that we coudn't eat anything in restaurant, only coffee/tea etc- and I heard really good opinions about the burgers!
