Great location close to the main train station, and within walking distance to the old town. It was refreshing to stay here after nights at Ibis and other sterile chains. Things are not new, but worn.

The toilet roll holder is in the way when you use the toilet. We kept knocking into it, particularly at night. There is no air conditioning, although we didn't need it.

We are very satisfied with Bahn hotel. However there were some disadvantages, there were much more advantages - very close both to train station and to the center, very clean and warm room, good water pressure and shower, quite comfy room itself, good wi-fi connection. Overall, very good value for money. If we are in Dusseldorf again some day, we'll definitely stay here.

Street-facing room is noisy Hard beds

For the price we couldn't fault it. Great location near to the station, good strong powerful shower and clean towels changed every day.

Maybe better bedding and an extra pillow. I'm sure if I had asked for one they would have obliged so my fault on that one.

The staff was nice and the room nice and clean. While the building and the facilities as such are not in the best shape, it's a great value for money: the location is very convenient, there's good wifi and a comfortable bed. Would stay again.

The room was exactly what I expected/needed. Staff were very friendly and allowed me to stick around after my check out as I had to make some work calls until my train. The hotel is 3 minutes away from the train station, which was the main reason I picked it. It's also a 10 minute walk from the center. So for me location is 10/10.

The wifi connection in the room was very poor. Kept dropping and even when it didn't, it was very slow.

The bed was really hard but this might have been down to newness as it felt like a new mattress.

Probably the location. Found the hotel with ease and I was able to hop on the central station when I wanted to travel

Maybe the wifi. especially in the upper floors the internet was not the best. then the mattress might have been a bit hard but then I got used to that

Receptionist ladies on arrival and departure were friendly. Room was clean and value for money. Shower was good.

The man working in reception over night could do with a customer service course. I left some money and a bank card in the room. Although the bank card had been retrieved the money was missing.

The location was ideal as a 2 minute walk from the train station. The bed was quite hard, but easy to sleep on. Considering it was a busy road it was quiet with the windows closed which is good.
