The staff is super friendly. I missed the time of checking out by 30 minutes but the girl was so nice about it and didn’t make me feel weird or so. The hotel is very well located, not far from the station but not directly close, which is good to avoic that atmosphere typical of a big city station. Close also to the nicer streets and shopping center of Düsseldorff, which you can get just walking. It was very clean and I would absolutely stay there again.

Nothing. My single room was a bit tiny, as it is usual for single rooms, but still comfy and cozy. A very good hotel for the price.

The location is really central and the room is clean. Bathroom and separate toilet. Clean and new. Easy online check in and friendly and helpful staff. I didn't have breakfast there so I can comment on the breakfast.

I wished to at least a bottle of complimentary water. Luckily the train station is near by and I went to buy some bottled water. Because it is a new establishment.. there were still a bit constructions during my stay there. The room is at the corner near the stairs and you can hear the people walking up and down the stairs. It did not bother me but maybe the other rooms are quieter.

The room is excellently equipped, with a kitchenette, fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was very clean and what I especially liked was that the noise from the street was completely eliminated when the windows were closed. The breakfast bar was excellent, although the price of 15 Euro is a bit high. The staff were all very kind and helpfull.

There could be some TV channels in English, or perhaps I couldn't find them. My German is pretty good, but at least for variety sake.

Room well appointed and quiet. Able to open window to hear the birds in the morning and get some air, very important. Comfortable beds. If staying longer all facilities including toaster, kettle, two-ring hob, cutlery, crockery etc. Compact but more than sufficient space. Very good shower which not only worked well but looked brand new. Good location to old town/city centre but far enough away to be quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Though not used, the ability to check in online also useful.

The best quality at the price. Both the room and the bathroom were perfectly clean, I mean really sterile! :) Looks like the whole hotel has been modernised recently, cause the interiors seems as if they were new. Great, supportive, cheerful and communicative personnel. Breakfasts are quite expensive, but in my opinion, more than sufficient, I found everything I needed, so I was 100% satisfied. The location of the hotel is also great, 5 minute walk from the Main Train Station, and the tram station is located just behind the corner, you can also take a 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town. Despite the centralised location it was really quiet in the room. Summing up: couldn't have been better, I'd definitely recommend this place for staying in Dusseldorf.

Everything was perfect, I couldn't have expected more!

Location is excellent with easy access to the HBF and public transport. The hotel is basic but was clean and very comfortable. I was in a double room with clean and functional mini-kitchen. The bathroom looked newly renovated with a fantastic shower and towel warmer. The room was quiet as well. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The only downside was the Smart TV. The connection was inconsistent and there was many times that my show would drop out. There were also an unbearable amount of commercials.

Literally everything was perfect. The people were really nice, friendly and helpful ❤ The room was perfect, it has even a small kitchen with everything you need: Microwave, stove, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc. everything you need in the kitchen. I love the breakfast extra, because I have not seen a hotel in Germany that also offers olives 😁 and breakfast is more than enough. The location is also perfect, only 4 minutes from Düsseldorf train station, the hotel is close to everywhere. Despite all these things, the hotel price is definitely low. But I hope the prices stay that way so I can stay more often. 😁😂

The rooms had a decent size, clean, warm, with modern facilities and attention for details. The bathroom with new, modern facilities as well. The double room included a small kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, fridge and toaster, cutlery and the needed for basic cooking. The hotel is well located at walking distance from the train station (5-10 minutes) and the old town (10 minutes). It is clean, well maintainted and staff, friendly and helpful. Around one may find supermarkets, pastry shops.

Very clean, well maintained room (4th floor) with a small well-equipped kitchenette (electric kettle, microwave, fridge, stove top, pots and pans, etc) and crockery ( although surprisingly no tea strainer). There was also a fan provided in the room. The rooms are soundproof; hence no noise from neighboring rooms. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff and maintenance staff who promptly attended to requests for new towels, change of linen, cleaning of room, etc. The hotel is located very close to Dusseldorf central station and only a few meters away from tram and bus stops making connection to the rest of the city very easy and fast, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes for all budgets as well as supermarkets. Enjoyed my stay here immensely.

Unfortunately, the windows of the studio rooms face the street - can get quite noisy at night with the windows open because of the trams and loud motorbikes. wise, Other than this, there is nothing else to complain about. Would love to stay here again.

Owner was very nice, great service and patience. I arrived a bit late but was well received and was even given a free upgrade and some coffee and tea despite not picking breakfast for my stay. The hotel room had a small kitchen! I didn't expect to have it so I didn't use it this time, but this is something I have looked for when travelling for longer stays and was never able to find for reasonable pricing. If I ever stay in the city again for a couple of days I would very likely stay again over fancier hotels just to be able to cook for myself. I was told there was good Wifi when I booked and sure enough, I didn't have any connection issues.

The bathroom layout had a minor problem with the toilet roll being a bit in the way when sitting on the toilet. Bigger people might have some issues with it but it was not a big deal for me.
