Excellent location..just a few hundred meters from the tram stop. Rooms were clean and everything went as expected, Staff were really good and polite. Breakfast was superb, the choices excellent. Overall really worth every penny!

It can get a bit crowded, so waiting time to check in was on the higher side, but for us it was OK (we were not in a hurry). Maybe parking could have been 20 Eur per night, there are places even near the city centre which charges less. .

We stayed in the Hilton Düsseldorf for two days. We married that weekend and spent our first night as a married couple here. I kindly asked the hotel if it was possible to get a room up high with a nice view and maybe a little decorated and they surpassed my expectations. The whole staff was extremely nice and they all knew about our special day. Thanks to the Hilton team for such a great stay! Besides that little extra treatment, the hotel room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel bar is also highly recommendable! We would always go there again and will probably stay at Hilton Hotels in different places more often!

Location out of town in an anonymous suburb. Poor parking. I booked because it had on site parking only to find that most of it has been taken over by Mercedes for vehicle storage. The bar didn’t stay open late either. Staff were really busy. More needed for check in due to high volumes for Euro football.

The hotel parking charge is quite high and you can find nearby public parking lots offering more affordable rates.

Hi I stayed in your hotel (room 601) yesterday and checked out on 10.5.2024 I left the baggage in your luggage room and later on I couldn’t find my iphone charger Type C that I surely put in my luggage. I noticed that my zipper was opened, but couldn’t understand it on this moment. I realized in when I’ve returned the house. Can you please control the videocam records of luggage room on 10.5.2024 between 9:45am and 10:30am? Thank you Dr. Süleyman Eserdag

Staff was very organized and very helpful. All in all a very good stay and value for money!

I do think the fee for the parking space is a bit high, as a service to hotel guests (and the parking lot being quite unused) I think the hotel could benefit for a better day price for guests.

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was varied and of very good quality. Staff were at the hotel were very helpful.

Room was not spacious enough to accommodate three persons but since we only spent 1 night it wasn't a huge problem. Nearest train station is a 10 minute walk away from the hotel.

Perfect position for Airport and Messe, also not far from Alstadt which can be reached in 30 min by foot. Excellent staff with check in/out operations handled very quickly. Breakfast was amazing in a very quiet surrounding, bed very confortable, aircon system very efficient - If I still need to find a minus : bathroom size is definitely too small (# 419). All in all I dont really understand all negative comments by other guests, will certainly suggest it and consider on next messe.

Bathroom size is definitely too small, work in progress on the street outside the main entrance but this has not caused additional noise or disturb.

great location and comfortable rooms. Room service was very pleasant and they offered fresh towels when we didn’t have the sign on the door. The front desk staff were happy to change us to a different room when our original one had a bad smell. The staff at the restaurant were super nice.

The works going on close by brought up a bad smell now and again. There was also going to be an anticipatory charge of an extra €50 a night for incidentals which we couldn’t afford and thankfully they reduced this to one night, and it wasn’t fully charged in the end because we only got breakfast once while checked in.

I book at this hotel for every year, on the DoKomi event. The room is quiet, the curtains blocks the light and we can't hear the other rooms. VERY relaxing for an after con sleep ! It's not far from location, you can even walk to the park in max 30 mins (bring comfy spare shoes if you are a cosplayer). Breakfast is GENEROUS ! Eat up a lot before heading to the con !

We just wanted some slippers, maybe? And also some refills on shampoo and shower gels. Also we didn't think that it could be an issue but, maybe hot cocoa could be a nice option at the breakfast. We didn't see it !
