The hotel is a tiny, boutique hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and coziness. It is tastefully done and perfectly located in Dusseldorf near the Rhine. Nearby there are shops, cafes and tram stop 78, 79, which takes you for 10 minutes to the central station and 6-7 minutes to the center of Düsseldorf. The staff is very responsive and hospitable, the internet is fast and convenient, breakfast is also available in the morning. I recommend it 100% !!!

The only thing i have always a problem with is the bed. There as in many other places are soft and pillows as well. Soft those are not good for deep and comfortable sleep. At least to me.

I was there for my exam in the Ärztekammer and here is my experience The receptionist on 23.07.2023 was the best receptionist ever, she was so freindly and she had really helped me with a smile, she was from Kosovo if i recall correctly. As promised they handed me a kettle on request, and they allowed me to put my food in their refrigirator and also heated up my food for me. due to a personal and very important reason, they allowed me to check in early and check in a little later than usual. the breakfast was good enough. the bathroom was good enough, it has a BATH, which was awesome for me. the bed was really good, and honeslty i felt really comfortable overall in the hotel, one of the main reasons was the receptionist on the 23rd, so a big THANK YOU to you.

regarding the hygiene, i didnt feel it was the cleanest, the curtains and the furniture was a little old, so therefore i "felt" it wasn't clean, you can bring your own hygiene and just quickly wipe the chair and table.

The property is cosy and perfectly located to public transport and not far from the main train station.

Housekeeping should do better especially in the room and specifically the bathroom. They were stains on the toilet floor which I found and still left, meaning from the previous client they didn’t mop the floor and also during my stay.

Clean and cozy. Nice closet, two blankets and pillows was available.

There was not hotel slipper inside and I had to walk in room and bathroom with outside shoes even when I took shower and the ground get wet. It was crazy and I had to use the towels to dry the ground first and put my feet on. For this reason the carpet of room was dirty.

The attendant upon entering was very friendly and made check in very easy. I was offered free coffee/tea and is available 24/7 upon request. The room was just right for me and had plenty of space for a solo traveller. For the price I paid, the hotel had a well designed room and was very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't anything special but it was enough to start my day. Also, it is very close to public transportation which made it very easy to get into town or to the main station. Highly recommend staying here and would come again!

Nice location. Well connected with public transport. There are restaurants and an Edekka near by. Room had attached bathroom and toilet. It was also equipped with air conditioning and heaters. Very friendly staff. Buffet breakfast.

Nothing in particular. Room was a bit small, but for one person it was fine.

This is a cute and boutique hotel with very comfortable rooms and bed. Breakfast was good too (German). Staff were very friendly, and it just gives good vibe. its a small place but we loved our stay there. Also tram station just opposite to the hotel which makes it very easy to go to city center or other places.

Everything was smooth.

Location was excellent. Tramline outside. Bakery and coffee shop across road, supermarket also across the road. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Breakfast could have been more varied but everything was fresh.

The Hotel was in a great location, close to a tram stop in a beautiful treelined street. Lovely quiet, clean room with a well appointed bathroom. The daily breakfast had plenty of food choices and it was an easy walk to some very good local restaurants.

Lovely staff - polite, helpful, unobtrusive and generally just good people. Room was small but comfortable.

A silly thing but towels were a little small. Maybe bigger towels would be better in the bathroom? It did not detract from the quality of the stay however.
