The personnel were helpful, we were greeted with all necessary information and help in our stay. The service was very good, 24/7 reception and flexibility. The hotel was very quiet and private, there was a market just a few meters from the hotel, facilities were very good and clean, standard in line with expectations.

The hotel lies in a rough neighborhood. There are some sights and scenes on the way to the hotel a person would like to avoid, but we didn't run into any trouble even at night. We were hoping to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out, to enjoy the rest of our time in Dusseldorf before we headed back to the airport, but the hotel didn't offer that on that day.

The hotel was well located near to Dusseldorf train station (5 minute walk) and the rooms were very clean, secure, spacious and quiet. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is very good value for money and I would definitely stay there again if I visit Dusseldorf again.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds. We used the parking of the hotel, which was at short walking distance of the hotel. Hotel is located at walking distance from the city centre (+/- 15 mins walk). Clean room.

The hotel was beautifully kept and very near the train station. We could walk everywhere from that location.

Although the location was great for convenience, it wasn't the prettiest. It was a safe area.

It’s outdated and feel old. The room is small. It’s a bit overpriced for its condition.

The staff is super friendly, the beds are comfortable and the shower is good! The hotel may be a little old-fashioned, but all the needy is there and the communication with the hotel is easy and good. It's around 15 min's walking to the center and therefore the area of the hotel is very quiet for a good sleep.

Relatively small hotel, well priced and conveniently located within walking distance from Hauptbahnhof. The single room was clean and bright, offered a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. Breakfast quite basic, but ok if you stay just one day. The staff very welcoming, ready to help and offer a good advice .

Lovely staff, friendly, helpful and informative. Great room, good location close to the centre. All good for what we needed.

Would have quite liked a kettle with tea/coffee in the room, but it's not a big thing.
