Convenient to station, well-presented good value accommodation. Easy walk eastward through to the walking areas of the city (‘old’ town and shopping), or use the convenient public transport if you are not a walker.

The local area and to the west to the station is quite seedy. Lots of people standing aimlessly in the streets.

Lovely, lovely staff, and a nice breakfast with very attentive service and a huge variety. Usually, breakfast isn't available at all at this price of room, this was a lovely surprise.

Nothing I didn't like, just be aware that if you are a female traveller alone, and you don't know the area and arrive late at night, you might want to take the tube to Willy Brandt Platz and come from that direction. The hotel looks different, but you can check in after hours by calling the number at the door after reception is closed, and once inside it is really decent with lots of food places around.

I recently stayed at the Memphis Hotel and had a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. While the location is in a lively part of town that may not suit everyone's preference, I did not go out after dark

Placed central close to everything. We chose it again this time for the L&B fair because they are professionals , when covid first hit and the fair of 2020 was cancelled they returned us the money , so we came to pay respect. 👍👍👍

Neighborhood needs to be cleaned more often as migrants don't have the culture of europeans yet. Until they adopt, it needs more often. Not the hotels job to do of course.

Best for the price u will. Pay and excellent location. All kind kind RESTURANTS arround. Specially Turkish, Afghani, Pakistani. Cleaning and hyginically was Excellent. Single room is perfect for one person. Solo traveller. Central Station is on walking distance.

Only the bathing are size in wash room. If u r bulky enough then u might not able enter the bathing area. Otherwise all the things were perfwct for the price u paid.

Location is excellent, almost in the city centre and really close to the bus/train station. Really helpful staff, the receptionist let me check in earlier. A private bathroom is a huge plus. Room was ok, not 5 starts but overall recommend this place

As far as the service was concerned it was quite good. The staff were polite and very helpful.

However the location isn't the most ideal one and the elevator was quite small difficult to maneuver in when bringing big luggage's. I would also pin point that there is no provision for boiling water in the room nor was there any tea, coffee or sugar packets for easy consumption in the room. These could be improved.

All in all, an excellent value for money trade-off. Very affordable price for an almost excellent stay

Sadly not able to rate the breakfast service, as there was none. Acceptable if there is no milk for the coffee on the first morning. Incomprehensible if there is none on the fourth morning either, after asking every day. TV in my room didn't work.

this is a solid and budget-friendly option to stay in Frankfurt close to the railway station. Single rooms are small but clean, I liked the large working desk and the fact that there was a small fridge. All staff were very friendly. All Single rooms face the inner courtyard, so not much noise. Plenty of inexpensive small restaurants offering all sorts of ethnic food in the (kinda sleazy) vicinity. There is a small continental breakfast buffet on offer at the hotel from 6.30 to 10, which costs 8.50€ and is worth it, considering you will easily spend the same amount at any bakery shop down the road for a coffee and two bread rolls with cheese or ham. Location wise it's a 10 minutes walk from the railway station, easily doable if you don't have much luggage, otherwise it's two stops by tram. The stop is adjacent to the hotel.

Unfortunately, there were two big minuses that affected my stay. The mattress was way too soft and "wobbly" and I did not really sleep well. Also, the WiFi was very poor

Very central located, clean, the staff speak English and was very receptive (I send a message before arriving and they asked immediately). Perfect place if you are going to visit the city and not to spend the time staying in the hotel. I stayed only one night and left early in the morning, but they have the breakfast option that is an advantage.

Maybe the thin walls between rooms, you can hear your neighbors, what is not a pleasant experience.
