Close to the trainstation, and other stores. it was really clean and the personnels where really nice. The bathroom was very nice! Housekeeping was there every day to pick up used towels and make the beds. If I come back I will choose this hotell again!!!

The TV in our room didnt work, and the bar on the 1. floor was lack of staff so they didnt have open:(( We had the window open for like 5 min but had to close it because we sudden had a bunch of flies in our room. A bit shady streets around but it was ok.

Fabulous location near main station but a straight walk 15 minutes into the old town Dom area and the River Main. Excellent facilities - kettle and coffee etc in the room. Mini Kitchen and fridge absolutely perfect for two people. Air conditioning was welcomed as the city was experiencing a heatwave. Keyless door card was great but meant the aircon was off when I went out for the day but that’s not too bad as it’s not a great thing environmentally to keep it going all day. There’s a nice bar and breakfast area and a lift. They’ll stow cases but a late checkout at 12 meant I had time to go out for breakfast then shower and pack and also there’s a Rewe to go on the corner for travel drinks and snacks and a coffee croissant was only €4. The bathroom was excellent- a wet room with rainwater shower head and pulse shower attachment. The toiletries were top notch.

There really was nothing I could fault - staff were so friendly. Housekeepers cleaned my room in five minutes and I could see the level of care. There wasn’t a gents or even ordinary wardrobe though - so nowhere to hang clothes. Also the storage unit was right in the path of the aircon which meant air was prevented from reaching the whole room. But a quibble!

The hotel was very well located, staff was helpful, and the bed was comfortable. Great location for the money and felt it was a good value

The air conditioning did not work and the temperature was 35 degrees/95 F, it was unbearably hot. There was a super weird window leading into the shower so there was essentially no privacy at all. If I had been staying with a friend or someone I wasn't close with you literally wouldn't have been able to shower in peace. The area can be a bit dodgy at night.

a lot of starting issues which needs improvements, as for instance: -- no breakfast service yet - one day no cleaning/room service - tv wasnt working - happened 2 times that staff(?) was walking in the room without knocking - no cups for water kettle (after asking i got) ...but no coffee just 3 tea bags and coffee milk - 1 day no hot water and clocked drain of shower <- was fixed quickly! - kitchenette is poorly equipped, so hard to use it. The area around the main station is very shady, but thats not the fault of the hotel.

New hotel, all facilities were new and very nice. The facilities and the room were very clean. The hotel centrally located, the train station can be reached in a few minutes, there are two super markets close by.

Being centrally located is nice, but in Frankfurt this means being located in the infamous Bahnhofsviertel, so be prepared. Otherwise, the new rooms are nice but nine was missing the glass pane on the shower so I made quite the mess and for some reason, the bathroom has no sockets and only lighting from the ceiling, thus shaving, doing your hair with something else than the preinstalled dryer or applying make-up might be somewhat more difficult. The TVs weren't working properly.

The staff was very helpful, the room was spacious and had everything I needed, even I ironing board. The location was “good” in the sense that was super close to the train station and from downtown.

There was nothing I didn’t like except that the area around the train station is a bit scary. Lots of drug addicts, red district and homeless. But nevertheless this hotel is in the best street of the whole area.

However, the hole between bed is definitely a drawback. shower doesn’t have decision from bathroom. it gets wet everywhere easily. Clining knock at the door too loud without stop and silently. it feels threatening. when we checked in, room was not cleaned. staff didn’t offer anything as a compliment. it seemed as a normal thing to do for them, just to promise to clean it. there are pictures of how it was when we checked in.

Excellent room, very friendly staff, excellent rom temperature system you can easily regulate yourself. Walking distance from beautiful water and buildings.

The street in which the hotel is located is a dirty street with constant movement of people and cars (yet with many food opportunities and you don’t hear the noise on a higher level room). Recommendation to park our car in underground parking 500m further for safety reasons.

Perfect for stay in the center of Frankfurt. The area next to the railway station is not good, but the hotel is like an oasis amongst the surrounding neighborhood. There is everything in the room and it was clean with cleaning personal coming every day.

The room was not big, although it has everything needed inside. The window was looking at some roof area, which was not very nice.

Clean, comfortable suite with modern amenities. A ten-minute walk from the main train station (Hbf), and also short, walkable distances to the old town area and the riverfront.

No fault of the property, but the area outside of the hotel is a bit sketchy, especially after dark.
