I liked everything about the property

I don't have enough words to describe our stay at the Spin Tower, very warm and welcoming staff, ready to satisfy any requests, with a smile on the face! As you enter there is a pleasant perfume, everything is clean,from the entrance door to the bed,impeccable. We travel extensively but rarely I experience such comfortable mattress and bedding. The bathroom had everything you may need( I would suggest toothpaste, as ours was removed from the luggage by the border security 🙄🤔) I visited the spa and gym,small but fully equipped,with a gorgeous view over the city. As location goes, right in the middle of everything, lots of restaurants to choose from at a walking distance, we found everything but german😂 we wanted to experience german cuisine, maybe we didn't look hard enough.and that was because in the evening/night time didn't feel safe,lots of homeless people. From the room,having a full wall window, the view was great! Thank you all for making our stay comfortable!

I would suggest robes and slippers, toothpaste in the washroom. As we travel internationally our toothpaste was removed by the border security 🤨

I booked a superior xl room ahead of time, when I arrived at the property, I was told that there were technical problems in that room even though I drove 20 hours to get to that room with a panoramic view. I was not notified ahead of time email or phone ..that they tried to give me a normal room in exchange in the end I did not accept the normal room and received the room I had reserved.. there was absolutely no problem with the room I reserved, although I was told that there were technical problems and they would give me another room. very good conditions, the fabulous view, less the lady at the reception who wanted to give me another room without the view I had reserved

Excellent hotel within 10 mins walk from the main rail station and on a main road. The room has a modern design with a German style industrial ceiling which is very unique. The bathroom and all facilities were modern. Got a room on the 13th floor which looked over Frankfurt. Was quite scary being so high up!

3 things to note: 1. The bed was on wheels so it would move all the time if you rested on the headboard and leave a huge gap. This was annoying and I had to push the bed back to the wall all the time. 2. The safe in my room also didn't work, the instructions on operation were poor. Kept getting an error message and safe door wouldn't close. I didn't inform reception about this as I was too busy 3. My front door was accidentally left open by cleaning staff after they left. Luckily nothing was stolen when I returned to the room but clearly a security incident. I'm sure many of these things will be resolved over time as its a new hotel and teething problems are expected.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was perfect. The room was very clean. The hotel had a great smell, it's own scent.

The lifts seemed very slow and may not have been programmed correctly. When I went to see my friend on a lower floor, to go back up to my room I had to go down to the ground floor to go back up again. The lift calling button function was for 'down' only, not up and down. The experience was good and I'm sure it will be great once the hotel has been open for a longer time. The staff did not seem receptive to giving recommendations etc. for local restaurants, they just said 'google it'. The Concierge function was non-existent.

Was very comfortable staying.The staff on reception was very helpful and was reacting very fast on each question.Very kind and qualified communication. Room was perfect.Everything top clean… The park house in the same building,very comfortable. Breakfast was good!Everything what each person need. Little bit a better service and it will be Top!!!

Klima in the room was working also,if it’s was switched.In the night was little cold. 2 of 4 lifts was not working and it’s need to walk to other,wich going down to parking place. Dinner menu at the restaurant can be better… If you are coming after 10 pm it’s will be not possible to eat at the restaurant…

Nicely designed and pretty new hotel. Cosy bar with cool terrace featuring views on the Skyline. Very comfortable beds with choice of three pillows. Walking distance from Frankfurt Main Station. Amazing, tasty and high quality breakfast (Omelette, big choice of fruits, pancakes, smoothies, fresh orange juice, ...).

Not real downsides, but probably helpful to know: Paying a premium for a room with Skyline view isn't really worth it in my opinion (main skyline was only visible from close to the window looking to the side). Those who like windows that can be opened should know that it's not possible here due to the type of the building. There's not much space on the floor for suitcases, a yoga mat, ... since furniture fills up most of the room. The area is still being developed, so expect construction around the hotel.

The view was awesome from my room, the breakfast is very good, and the receptionists are totally helpful.

The toilet was not so clean. I can see some tiny trash and spots left from previous guest. In addition, there are dirt on the top of TV. I guess the cleaner did not have sufficient time to clean thoroughly. in addition, the stuff in the restaurant is friendly only when you speak German. Although this problem is pretty normal everywhere in Germany, it would be nice if they can be nice to English speakers as well.

There was no expresso capsule in the room when I checked in so the green tea was my backup drink. I don’t know if the hotel provide free water but if it was the case, my free water bottle was also missing. I was in the 4th floor of the building, same floor as the fitness gym and the music in this floor was kinda loud, it didn’t bother me much but it can clearly be a problem for more a sensitive person.
