Beautifully clean and so handy for the train station. The room was generous sized and had everything I needed. Great value for money, I would stay again.

My only complaint is that check out is 12 noon. Housekeeping had entered my room twice by 10:40 despite me requesting to be left. The first time was in front of 9am and I feel that this is a little intrusive.

Lovely charming Hotel right beside the main train station and convenient to main shopping and tourist areas Staff were helpful and friendly, especially "Nina" on reception who was very pleasant and went out of her way to help us, she help us with a detailed map of all areas to visit, she was very professional and helpful throughout our stay Room was great with a large bathroom and a large bath, lots of hot water

Hotel was great, the area around the Train Station was not great but if you are familiar with city life this is nothing new and the Hotel and all of the good stuff above outweighed any concerns

Hotel is well situated for Main Station and Messe Frankfurt EXPO centre. Ideal also for local restaurants and shopping. Rooms good size and very clean / functional. Staff excellent providing efficient friendly service. Nice free cookies and haribo in reception too.

Lack of power points and no USB points in room so problematic for using charging laptops etc. Room temperature difficult to get correct, and poor quality pillows, fixed by getting second pillow and something experienced in other German hotels. None of these things would stop me staying here in future.

We were given a free upgrade and had a bigger room. Room a little dated but it was clean and spacious. Room amenities were provided too. We did not take the breakfast option but we saw that the hotel had free apples that guests can help themselves to - very kind gesture! Thank you!

There are steps at the entrance of the hotel and there was no slope provided. This becomes a challenge to handle our luggages when arriving and leaving.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Flemings Hotel in Frankfurt during an overnight stopover and the experience exceeded our expectations. We really, really enjoyed our brief overnight stay on our first night in Germany. So much that we tried to book a night on our return but it turns out we'd got a very good deal on the night we'd booked and couldn't afford the busy season rates! We'll certainly keep an eye out for future visits to see what the rates are. We know what the area is like, but honestly the location was perfect for getting on the train with our luggage the next day. Easy check-in. The rooms are a good size, clean, comfortable beds, choice of pillows, great shower AND bath. Airconditioning was a relief.

The only suggestion we'd make is having some kind of ramp at the front door level to the foyer for accessibility. Even if it's a portable one that can be put out when needed. Getting heavy luggage up those stairs was hard even with our trolley because the stairs have a lip on them. But other than that it was perfect.

The welcoming staff! Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Jack in the bar was most helpful with advice about where to go and what to see. Breakfast was excellent. Little touches like cool drinks, fruit and fortune cookies at reception.

With their sustainability initiative housekeeping was every other day but the room did not have towel racks to hang towels to dry. The hotel could install shower racks easily. I also did not like the pungent masculine scent of the shower gel. One side of the hotel was a lille unsavory but easily avoided - don’t let that put you off.

We rented a small, top-floor suite for the evening. The hotel is across the street from the main train station, which makes it exceedingly convenient. The room was great....large and clean. The bedroom featured an ensuite bathroom with a shower, tub, heated floors, bath sheet, high-end toiletries, and a large walk-in closet with a trouser press. The main area featured a few sleeper sofas, a dining table with 4 chairs, a mini-fridge, a WC, and a small closet. Breakfast in the lobby area was terrific. Breakfast featured everything that you expect as part of a German breakfast. The pastries were particularly good.

The surrounding neighborhood is a little rough, so be forewarned. Consider taking a taxi of Uber to a nicer area if you are in the mood for a walk.

first of all the hotel location was fine ,it was close the main station and thats why we preffered here, ı just worried about the voices outside but no, it was quite well and silence the rooms althoug the windows looked the street. And for the receptionist Mrs Nina was so helpful and good humored met us really warm and she answered our all questions with the nice patience. Overall we really enjoyed stayin here and rest well after the heavy meeting schedule. Thank you for everything. I am looking forward coming again. Best wishes.
