Great location for the purposes of our stay. Direct commute anywhere we needed. Clean room, had everything we needed, including necessities for cooking and hygiene products. A pleasant surprise was free minibar and laundry. There is also a nice terrace on the roof! The communication with guests is superb, quick , responsive, efficient .

The building is right next to the train station. The noise isolation is quite good with all the windows closed. However, in summer without ac it is a choice between noise and air. There were also some problems with hot water in the building, but they were dealt with quite efficiently.

Easy check-in with door code, clean room and bathroom, good water pressure in shower, free communal washer / dryer in the basement. Easy access by train, tram, or bus. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Customer service is very responsive over text.

The rooms are fairly small and it gets warm in the room during the summer, as there's no air conditioning (but there's a small fan in the room). You can keep the windows open to get some air flow, but then the noise from the trains is super loud. The kitchen is well-equipped, but pretty small (very little counter space and only two burners on the stove). The refrigerator doesn't have a freezer, so can't make ice.

We were very happily surprised by this studio apartment. The location is terrific if you're using public transport. It's on the other side of the rail lines from Westbanhof and only 200m from the tram that runs down Adalbertstrasse. The apartment is easy to access from the autobahn and there is some street parking, but it's not reserved and is available on a 'first come, first served' basis. We are usually a little wary of accommodation that doesn't have any on site personnel. However, once we'd done the online check in, things went smoothly, and the code that we were issued worked from both the front door and the room. The apartment is fresh, clean and well furnished, with an especially comfortable bed and pillows. It is particularly well equipped for self catering, and would be absolutely ideal for someone travelling to Frankfurt on business. It has a properly equipped small kitchen, with a hob and stove, a microwave and a decent sized fridge (as well as a reasonable range of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery). It also has an ironing board and iron so that you can look your best ... or just in case you feel the needs to do some recreational ironing ;) The bathroom is modern and sparkling clean, with delicious-smelling shampoos and body wash provided. The room has external blinds as well as curtains, which means that you can make the room really dark (one of the joys of travelling in Germany for those who are light sensitive). As a bonus, there is a lift, which is particularly welcome for those carrying heavy luggage or with mobility issues. There is a small shared roof terrace which gives a lovely perspective on the Frankfurt skyline at night - this is where smokers assemble, as the apartments are non-smoking.

We liked everything about the apartment. My only slight criticism is that its excellent proximity to public transport means that you do hear the noise from the railway line. It didn't bother us because we visited in September and so had the windows closed. However, it might bother people visiting in summer who want to leave the windows open. Some people might also not be comfortable with the fact that you are required to upload copies of personal ID for all guests as part of the check in process.

The infrequent room cleaning offered - My stay was 10 nights and only offered one cleaning.

Check-in was easy and just being sent a code to enter building and apartment was perfect, especially as we arrived pretty late. There are both a tram and a train station nearby. If you have a lot of luggage tram will be more accessible to you (there's a lift down from the station but you have to walk through a tunnel to get across the street, which you get in and out of via stairs.) Upon arrival you'll find a bottle of water, some chips and a few other drink items at no additional cost. That was a very nice surprise for us!

The bed and all pillows are exceptionally soft and the blanket gigantic. There was only one blanket though, so you may want to inform the property in advance that you'll need two blankets if that's an issue. WiFi worked without issues, but the TV (which according to the information given there) was apparently also getting its data via internet, but that didn't seem to work well. The lift was rather small, so my friend and I (both with a bigger suitcase) went up and down individually. If you have a problem with noise but want to open the window, you may have issues as the train passes by frequently.

A brilliant concept! Self-check-in easy and the generous cancellation policy was nice. We didn’t have a car but it looked like fairly easy free street parking right outside. Lots of cool ethnic restaurants nearby! Short walk to Frankfurt West train station... and only 25 mins from airport by train. Nespresso in the room. And a free beer and orange juice :)

No aircon and terrible fan. Luckily it wasn’t too hot at night. While overall the room was very comfortable, it is in need of a refresh. A bit of mildew and mold in the tiles in the bathroom. Water marks on the wall. But this was minor - overall a really great space. All the amenities you would need.

Everyting was brand new and perfectly clean. Easy non-contact check-in. Good location - s-bahn and tram 5 min walk. Even though it is next to train station it was very quite! We felt welcomed there, they left for us snacks, a very delicious tea, water, soft drinks and coffee capsukes. It was so nice and right what we needed after the road. There is a very big and good supermarket Rewe - right in front of the building. Thank you so much, we had an excellet stat there!

It is great to have self check in. There is always juice in a fridge and some other drink plus water and potato chips included (no additional payment). There is coffee maschine and tea pot with nice choice of teas. Kitchen is nicely fitted and all looks quite nice in the apartman. For now the best ration of price and what is offered.

This time the bed and the chair were worn out with some stains (something spilled) on chair. But this is not the first time I am in Numa and previous times was spotless.

The layout of my one-room apartment, the balcony, the kitchen tools, a lot of free amenities (beer, snack, water, coffee capsule, tea) the proximity to the supermarket and to the exhibition hall.

Nothing in particular, but I would recommend adding a free first aid kit, maybe in the laundry.

I liked the room and the balcony. The staff's responsiveness was quite quick. The room amenities are valuable.

There was a cut in hot water sometimes. The TV programmes are all in German. Despite one the photos depicts an AC, this was not available.
