This hotel is located an easy walk to the Hauptbahnhof, and close to a large shopping centre. There are also lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel has a bar with reception, with indoor and outdoor chill area. Plus lots of charging points too. The sound proofing is great, to be so close to a major railway and it not be an issue.

Only criticism I have is constantly bashing my shoulders on the tv. Shuffle it 1mtr over next to the window. Bruising on my shoulders is the last thing I needed, as I am carrying a day pack for several days now.

If you’re coming for Buchmesse, it’s a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to hall 6. If you’re coming as a tourist, it might be a little far from the things that you want to see and the area you want to be. But there are a number of places to eat as well as a mall right next-door for a food court. The staff is very nice and they smile at you, which is a novelty in Germany. So that made it totally worth the stay. Chris and Rama were exceptionally helpful ☺️

The rooms are a bit small. There’s hardly any closet space or space to store bags. And since the rooms are small already, it can be a bit crowded for two people. Though it was a double room. I don’t think it would be good enough for two people, but I travel solo so it was OK.

The location of the hotel was great.with good connections by public transport,.walking distance to the Messe and even having the option of going to the BasicFit gym almost right next to the hotel. The hotel staff was very accommodating, helpful and professional. The bar was really cool and homely, with indoor and outdoor seats to enjoy a drink or meal. The hotel also offered the option to only get fresh towels when there was no need to clean the hotel room; I really liked this 'Green' approach!

There wasn't really anything major I didn't like. The only improvements for me could maybe be to have a mattress and pillows, which were a bit harder, but this is of course personal preference.

The hotel is extremely well located in a peaceful and calm neighborhood near a PENNY market, the Skyline shopping mall and a train station connecting to the city center or the main train/bus station. The rooms are clean and comfortable with no noise. You get good wifi and cable TV. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming, first of all, I had a parcel delivered to them and they kept it waiting for my arrival, second, they were kind enough to project the Barcelona vs. Bayern Champions League game! I highly recommend this hotel, it's also the most affordable options with a superior quality.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s in an excellent location, especially if you’re attending an event at the exhibition center, which is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is clean, with a young, friendly, and helpful staff. The music in the lobby is fantastic, but the best part is Lenox 🐶, who greets you at the hotel entrance with a warm welcome

This isn’t a complaint, but the breakfast area can sometimes be a bit uncomfortable because in some sections, there are only sofas instead of tables. However, if you find the right time when it's not crowded, it's ideal as you can enjoy a more comfortable breakfast

There were comfortable beds and a cosy family room. There were many sockets to put every electronic device very comfortably. The Bathroom was well maintained. Breakfast was okay. In my opinion, there were a lot of side dishes, but a whole breakfast with eggs would be lovely, There were boiled eggs on the last day of my stay. But overall It was all perfect.

Nothing as much. the room was cosy and comfortable for a short stay mine was a family room with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed but for 4 adults it was quite compaq. it could have been a bit larger.

Excellent staff, comfortable and swanky room. The bed and pillows were also so comfortable. Best part was renting electric bikes for such a good price. Would definitely recommend to all! There was a dog and he was so cute!!

The AC was garbage. We couldn't lower it more then 5 degrees, which was still 20 degrees in mid-summer heat. Left sleeping restless and sweaty. Bathroom was awkward - I am not a big person and I bumped into several things that left huge bruises on me. Breakfast options limited and pricy - would have liked the option to purchase a breakfast meal rather than a buffet (which we didn't purchase due to the price).

1. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, located 25 min. walk from the central station. 2. very friendly and helpful staff. Helped to do check in and at night ( at about 00:30) I ordered a cocktail ( 12€ ) was delicious. There are board games in the lobby for company. Check out was done in 3 seconds. 3. room: not big but clean. Nice view from the window. There is a kettle, coffee and tea. Bottle of water as a gift. Very good internet. The shower has good water pressure and there is a hairdryer. The bed is pleasant to the touch. 4. To the subway 4 minutes walk in a straight line. Just 2 metro stops and you are in the center.

If I'm really picky, I was missing 1 chair. 😄

The location was great, the staff was very welcoming and wonderful. The room was very clean and all the facilities were robust and functioning. Even small details such as TV and electric plugs and lamp switches were great.

The location is great, the view from the window is not that special. The room is a bit small, enough for one person, but maybe for two people it would be a bit tight, but you can get bigger rooms. the only real issue i faced was that i needed to open the window like 2 times during the night, otherwise the air in the room gets very tiring.

I was in Frankfurt for the marathon, so was looking for a good night's sleep and location close to the marathon mall and race starts near Messe - found both here. The bed was super comfortable, had tea and (instant) coffee in the morning, the view at night was stunning, but I could block the light out with the automatic shutters as well. I also liked the lobby and bar area at the entrance, the staff were very chill (and there was a cute dog!) and helped me store my luggage on race day. No complaints, would have liked to stay longer
