Located just a short distance from the central railway station, I was impressed by the hotel's affordable room rates and exceptional quality. The rooms exceeded my expectations, and the breakfast was particularly outstanding. The staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and welcoming. However, I did notice that the receptionist was somewhat unfriendly and displayed a bit of attitude. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this hotel to others due to its overall value and excellent amenities.

While commuting to the hotel from the railway station, I encountered a few individuals attempting to harass and bully others. This disturbing behavior could potentially intimidate travelers and deter them from selecting your hotel in the future. I would strongly recommend taking immediate action to address this issue with the local authorities, such as the city police, to ensure a safe and calm environment around the hotel area.

Comfortable beds and room, nice breakfast the room had good size. Good location, near the main station and 15-20 minute walk to the old town center. ok

Elevator very small hardly fit 3 people with bags. Didn't have a security box in the room.

The location is right next to the central railway station, very good breakfast and staff, nice proximity to all the eateries.

Wifi connection wasn't great in the room.

The rooms were spacious considering the location and very modern and well kept. The coffee cups were my favourite and the selection of coffee, honey, sugar and then mini bar was bigger than anything I have seen in a very long time. The location next to the train station was why we picked the hotel-we we’re just passing through quickly and it seemed convenient.

We arrived late on Friday night and it was a bit difficult to find the hotel because of construction all around. Additionally the area seemed to be a bit sketchy with a lot of people hanging around and drinking. Being so close to the train station I expected a little bit of that- but it was more. I didn’t feel unsafe, but I didn’t feel 100% safe. I would not have wanted to be there alone.

Room 12 was a little noisy due to traffic. I was changed with no problem to room 29. Amazing A/C [I am in the change so always hot] room smaller but better for me. There was no real view out of the window,(due to it being inner courtyard)but I didn't need one as I wasn't there only to sleep. Tools and bedding changed on the second day. I personally don't wash my bedding and towels every two days, so I feel it's unnecessary with climate change, and tourists need to be understanding of this , not moan. But thank you for changing them. plenty of tea/coffee, mini bar, a bible , which you don't see in hotels anymore.and a very clean room. Clean hotel nicely done very chap also. Frankfurt is quite cheap, which is great for those of us on a budget. Lovely staff, polite and friendly 😀 Would recommend and definitely stay again. A real positive experience. Loved the lighting choice Orange, blue white 💙 Train station is to navigate, lots of eateries. It's literally four minutes walk. Leave Train station, cross over , turn left , second on the right. 8 mins if you walk slowly.

Area from train station to hotel is little rough, to say the least. (Like most areas in Europe) these days. folks with drink and mental health problems, some homeless people and beggars But if you keep going to where you need to go, it's just not an issue. And no one stops you so as a solo female it was ok.

Attention to details and sweet surprises. Honey in the room, little notebook with a pencil, best tea in Germany, gummy lambs to count before sleeping. :) Fabulous selection for breakfast, and very nice staff. Thank you!

As everybody mentioned even though the street itself seems to be safe and quiet the surrounding streets are very scary especially after sunset. I joined some other tourists so that I don’t go alone. I would definitely stay here again though because of the things I loved and mentioned above.

This was a last-minute booking. Overnight stay, as I had a layover at FRA airport. Wanted the main train station. Easy access from FRA and allowed me to explore the city and still have quick access back to the airport. Clean, efficient check in, exceptional access to the train station/airport 800-1000 ft. Lots of shops and a tourist stroll close by. Much easier to use than the airport locations. You are very isolated at those near FRA

Lighting switches. I like to leave the bathroom light on. Could not separate the toilet enclosure and the overhead sink light. Not an issue, just and observation

The room itself was spotless. Good property for a transit through Frankfurt instead of an overpriced room (not quite) by the airport. Very close to the main train station and then a easy 12 minutes to the airport.

Passing smokers and men weeing where they shouldn't. The weeing is not the hotel's fault. However, allowing people smoking at the entrance of the hotel is something they hotel owner's could deal with. What's the point of a "non-smoking" property if people can smoke right at the entrance - literally right there. Also, the tub pan needs to be caulked. Water seeped from the bottom.

The close location to Frankfurt station was a big plus, considering our journey from the airport and our departure the following day to Mainz. The rooms we had were well furnished and comfortable. There was plenty of breakfast options and the staff were very attentive both in connection with that and on our arrival at reception.

The only downside for me was that I burnt my fingers whilst making a cup of tea in my room. The design of the mug's handle meant that the boiling water leaked onto my fingers holding the mug. Thankfully we had some antiseptic cream with us.

Nice Hotel, walking distance from the central train station. Lots of Indian restaurants near by. Also other tourist attraction like Frankfurt tower is at walking distance. Clean room, nice staff.

lift till 5th floor and I have to take my luggage through stairs for 6th floor room. Outside area is not good as we see lot of people drinking alcohol and lying on the roads all day which makes you uncomfortable while walking near by.
