“The Rooms” is a very nice and beautifully decorated hotel right outside of the heart of Frankfurt, situated in an industrial area. Check-in was super easy and quick and the whole staff was friendly and courteous. The room was big, very nice decorated and had almost everything you’ll need, even a kitchen if you’d like to stay in and cook. You’ll have plenty of options if watching TV e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime. The breakfast had a good variety of everything and was good. Altogether our stay was pleasant and we would come back!

Since the hotel is pretty new there are a few things that are not ideal. The parking situation isn’t the best, if you’re lucky you’ll get a spot at the street or down in the next streets near the hotel. The shower is beautiful, but doesn’t have a curtain or anything, just a glas wall on the side so after taking a shower, the bathroom was quiet wet/slippery. We went out for dinner, but there’s also a kitchen if you’d like to stay in and cook yourself, though there are a few things missing (dishwasher tabs, kitchen towel, dish soap, sponge…) and there’s not enough silverware or dishes.

Loved how spacious the room was and the cleanliness, it was like a little apartment and balcony was very cute. Fridge, microwave, and closet was very nice. Also loved how the TV had Netflix available. The rooms were very nice, despite few deficiencies I would still book again. It gave a nice homey feel.

I didn’t like how The shower water was super hot it wasn’t a cold/ in between or warm option and the bathroom sink wouldn’t go up so the sink became filled with water. Also wished pots or pans was there so I could’ve used the stove in my room. The surrounding area outside the hotel didn’t really match the quality of the hotel but inside the rooms was still nice.

The Rooms is a really nice hotel 1 hour walking distance from the city center. It is a bit isolated from supermarkets or stores, but walking 15 min you can find a nice neighborhood to do groceries and shopping. The apartment was nice and clean, with boiler to have some thee or small meals. The shower and kitchen was equipped and they allowed about doggy with no problems.

Maybe a coffee machine would have made it perfect. The rest was really nice.

the rooms are quite big, well appointed, have lots of natural light and windows, and balcony. the standard room is what most hotels would call a suite or apartment, with lots of space, complete kitchen fridge, microwave, stove etc.

it’s a little far away from the city centre and it is new so there is the odd thing here or there that could use improvement. it that is to be expected for a new hotel. prices are very good to account for this.

Very spacious apartment! The facilities were good and comfortable. The wardrobe was massive. The kitchen items worked very well. Overall, we enjoyed the place. There are always many rentable e-scooters/bikes around like Tier, Lime, etc.

The A/C weren't working, they were working on fixing it all though my stay. So I think it was probably just bad luck for me.

property is nice.

But there was some issues. first, there was no kitchen accessories to make a food, for example pan was missing. Stuff is nice, but they say “I dont know what to do with that, I will ask housekeeper tomorrow” anyway I highly recommend the property. p.s. not in all areas of this property is decent WiFi

The room they gave me was very large and spacious, it had a huge and spectacular terrace, everything was very clean and very complete

It is a bit far from the center and the train stations otherwise everything was fantastic

The studio was very cosy. Little balcony super Close to City, public transport. Would stay again.

The only thing is that the hob did not work, there were no teas/coffees. - had breakfast in the city and were outside most of the time. Heating was set up automatically, were not able to change heating in the room, it was a bit too hot.

very clean, huge rooms and new, kitchen, balcony very nice and 13 min to the airport and nearby many grocery opportunities. 👌🏼

Cozy and spacious apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen not fully equipped, only pan and only one pair of knife and fork but enough for one person. Cleaning services every day. Neighborhood was okay, grocery stores approx 15 minutes walk. Kind of close to the Messe.
