We were able to check in even after the reception closed. The hotel has a safe with keys in front of the entrance. After booking, be sure to write or call the hotel to receive the password for the safe. The room was large and clean, the view from the window was beautiful. The room has glasses, towels, toilet paper, TV. Comfortable. The bed is good. Breakfast until 10 am. When we arrived later and had already put food in, the administrator came to us and said that breakfast was no longer available. Unfortunately, she did not speak English. Therefore, we went to the reception to hand over the keys to the room, as we were already evicted. But the guy at the reception said that everything is fine and we can go to have breakfast. For breakfast, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, yogurt, cheese, ham, juice, coffee, buns, yogurt, muesli.

friendly and competent staff, comfortable room, good valut for money. Easy and pleasant 10-15 minutě walk to the city centre.

I liked everything, but… the young many at the reception told me that parking in the Bahnhof-Strasse near the hotel is OK and free. I arrived in the afternoon, parked my car, spent the night in the hotel, and next morning went to the town. I returned back to the car just after midday, around 12.30, and found that I have been fined for 25 E for parking out of correct hours)

Good breakfast with long hours (7-11). Clean, modern room in historic house. Plenty of electrical outlets and reliable wifi. I had a very quiet room out to the back, looking into a green courtyard. 10-minute walk from train station, 14 minutes to Demianiplatz.

Bathroom sink was a bit small with inconveniently placed shelf under mirror. No elevator, but they gave me a room on the first floor, so not a big problem. Luggage storage for early arrivals would have been nice.

I noticed no elevator (perhaps there is one — who knows). For me it's not a problem, but it could be for the others.

A second stay at this good,clean, value for money hotel.It had been expanded and improved since last time and is ideal for a stay in the beautiful town of Görlitz.The staff are friendly,the rooms clean and not too small and the breakfast is also very good.I would highly recommend it and will stay there again when we are in that area of Germany again

The only problem was limited parking due to major roadworks on Bahnhof Strasse .We did however, get a space for both nights in front of the hotel and the roadworks situation is something that the owners of the hotel can do nothing about.

Amazing place to stay at. Cleanliness at its best. Very near to the central station. Amazing restaurants near by.

The wifi was not working properly. It was getting disconnected too often.

I stayed for a one-night stop travelling from Poland to southern Germany, the location is very practical, close to the train station, and the room was very spacious and comfortable
