The location, parking, the modern and very comfortable & spotlessly clean rooms (air-conditioning, beds, plenty of cupboards & space, our room had a balcony which was great for sitting out in the sun & overlooked the garden - room 407). The breakfast was superb - the best of the trip so far.

There is one very minor point but is why I reduced the “value for money” score - there was a bottle of sparkling water in the room when we arrived & it was replenished on 2 of the following 3 days we stayed. Lovely touch I thought, particularly as I had to take pills just before bed and it was nice to know there was fresh water there. On the last morning, my husband noticed there was a tag on the bottle with 5e50 on it & yes, on checkout we were charged for two bottles - apparently only the 1st one is complimentary. I thought this was a bit mean of them, after all we paid exactly the same rate for each of the 4 nights we stayed. You’d think they would give you a bottle for each night - I think should be seen as a loyalty bonus :-)

1. Very friendly hotel staff! 2. Not far from train station. 3. Has balkon in the room we stayed. 4. The curtains outside the windows was good and safe. 5. Clean and tidy, of course. 6. We like the lamps in the room, for example, lamps under the bed. 7. They provide - could be bus ticket or so - but we didn't use that. This coupoun should save money for transport somehow.

1. No USB socket - we only broungt one charger, but enough cables. - However, this because we forgot another charger at home. :) 2. The bathroom door in our room was - somehow tricky, but was mostly fine. (To be more precise, when someone is on the toilet, the door cannot be directly opened. - The one on the toilet should move a little bit, but again, this is not a big problem.)

Very welcoming front desk lady (speaks English, what is quite rare, especially in East Germany hotels). We got a room with separate entry and small but cozy deck. Our car was parked few meters away. The room was spacious and clean, nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast with very wide choice of tasty food. Hotel located nearly in a center of fairy tale town Goslar. Few minutes of walk and you are in medieval surroundings accommodated by nice restaurants and shops. Goslar is impressive. Worth for visiting again for longer stay.

The breakfast is excellent with great varieties. The room is spacious and comfortable. The garage is really convenient if you drive a car here. The staff is helpful and friendly. If I go to Goslar again, I'm sure I will stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is very new and the rooms are decorated in a modern style and look great. The rooms are equipped with smart-TVs and offer Netflix/Amazone Prime apps. The breakfast buffet offers some nice options and parking is easy and not expensive. Recommended for your stay in Goslar!

It would be nice to have dinner at the hotel as well.

Location was good, and the car was parked across the street, so no problems there. Breakfast was good. Beautiful city, which didn't disappoint.

We had an evening meal- expensive and disappointing. Music in the breakfast room dreary and intrusive.

Very quiet place, while walking distance from the old city center. Friendly staff. Nice, very well maintained building. Reasonably sized bedroom. Good breakfast. What else could you expect?

Nothing to do with the hotel but without the hotel staff' support we would have had to skip dinner. 10 restaurants visited were all fully booked on a cold Friday evening in November. So, beware if you plan to visit Goslar on a warm day in August!

Excellent breakfast, great service throughout our stay. For example they booked our bikes for us and had a secure location for them to be stored overnight. Very friendly staff.

A crisp new wonderful hotel. Everything was great and excellent breakfast. Perfect with booked secured parking. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the big square. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great

This is a very pretty hotel in a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Despite Covid they were attentive and made everything clean and safe feeling. The breakfast was plentiful and they spaced tables out. The bed and shower were really nice. I really loved that they reached out to me about parking which I was able to secure.

It's weird that there's no door to the toilet/bathroom so if a cleaner walked in it would be uncomfortable. It was a single room so no partner/roommate to worry about but it was strange.
