Breakfast was great, the view of the lake was stunning, the staff was super friendly, the bar was nice and the common areas were pretty great. The wellness area is super nice too. We would definitely come back and also recommend it to friends. I loved the architecture of the house.

The room was smaller than what we expected. They say this room fits up to three people, but if there was a third person there, it would be extremely tight. The bed was too soft for my taste and I didn't like the pillows. My partner liked the bed, tough. The floor wasn't pristine clean, but the place was not dirty as some people wrote. The towels, bed sheets, and surfaces were super clean. It may not be so good for people with mobility issues, as there are stairs everywhere.

Outdoor amenities at the hotel included a picturesque terrace and a sitting area, though the utilization of some parts seemed unclear. Inside, the hotel boasted excellent spa facilities including a sauna, infrared sauna, and a relaxation space that was never crowded, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. Culinary experiences were notable for their environmental consideration. The breakfast buffet was an absolute delight with a focus on sustainability, offering plastic-free dining and homemade-style foods ranging from jams to egg salads that delighted our taste buds. Little hotel, not the fancy place, but so full of small little details that make you smile, from the amazing staff and attention to how breakfast and dinner are served. Comfy clean rooms, amazing lake views and delicious food. - The breakfast: small variety but tasting great, served in a great way and with a lot of attention from the staff - The young team of staff during afternoon-evening shift: Super nice, attentive and friendly. you are amazing, thanks a lot! - The restaurant chef during dinner is a master and the food was great. - The Fireplace-common room is a gem! With all sorts of drinks and amazing atmosphere it was a haven! We were there during spring but I believe in cold winters with a lot of snow it should be magical as well.

- The place doesn't have a gym, but this is a hotel in the mountains more used for hiking and recreation purposes so not an issue. - Would be great to have tea-coffee making facilities in the room.

The place is co-zy! Rooms (ours was rather small but OK) with balconies among the trees, second floor lobby with sofas and a lake view, free sauna... The people working there are not many and obviously have a lot to do but nevertheless super friendly. We just needed a place to crash on our way home, and g ot unforgettable experience in the last day of vacation.

The family room is so nice, with 2 separate bathrooms as well, we absolutely love it. Beautiful view from balcony, just cross the road is a big park, very pleasant to walk.

Breakfast could be a bit more choices (like croissants and cappuccino).

Wellness area wasn’t working as it should, strange sauna functions, whirlpools out of order, should not happen in a place like this.

The staff was very very kind and the food very tasty ! I liked as well a really nice natural environment, ideal for a walk for example.

The location is amazing, a few steps away from the lake and the staff was very professional and friendly ! The breakfast was delicious and worth every penny ! We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was great as well :)

We were a bit disappointed by the equipement in our bedroom (the TV in perticular), the bathroom (not very charming) and the location of it (towards the back) but these are little details in our global opinion of the hotel and definitely did not prevent us from being totally satisfied with the service and our stay at hotel Njord !

The breakfast was good. The room a little bit small but it was very clean and the stuff very nice .
