All went as expected from a 4stars hotel. Rich breakfast. Very good service personnel during the breakfast time! Room was cleaned daily. Good coffee and tea in the room. Good bad! Silence during the night. Bergedorf is a small and cute place for small shopping and walking (clean and fresh air park in the down town). Hamburg Central Station is reachable in 20min by S-bann (S2 Or S21) and about 50min (S2 + S1) to the Airport.

There was a small misunderstanding in regards to missing hand soup. Next day, the replaced it and was all right.

Hotel staff where friendly, spoke good English (an important point for international travel) and have helped and guided me on using the German rail service. The hotel has ample parking and is situated in a quite area of Hamburg which added to the relaxing experience. The wifi was at a reasonable speed and had good reception all over.

Parking is a bit expensive (like most EU cities), and the room did not have that may free plugs. The entrance of the hotel was a bit difficult to find as the instructions to the entrance was in German.

The Check-in went smooth and we could even check in a bit earlier without adding the early check-in add-on. Prior to check-in a few days before optional benefits could be booked for the stay (Dinner, Late check-out, early check-in, Wine in the room) The Room was big, had everything we needed. Clean, tidy and 2 small free water bottles were included + a snack on the bed. A Coffee-Machine was available with 2 options of coffee.

The Shower in the Bathroom haven't had a separate door to close. It's easy to spill water throughout the Bathroom when you're not careful. The Room didn't have Air Con (at least I couldn't see one) but you can open one Window to get air.

Everything was ok. Spacious, comfortable,clean room and bathroom. Water, coffee, tea in the room.Nice staff. Very good breakfast. Underground parking, for extra money. Far from the centre of the city, but the train station is only 7 min. walk. It takes aprox. 20 min. to Hauptbahnhof. A shopping mall, a food market just nearby.

Maybe some fish at breakfast. No minibar in the room. A persistent smell of perfume in the room. I noticed that it became a habbit to use perfume for the curtains and carpets after cleaning the rooms in many hotels. But there are allergic or asthmatic people, for whom this can be a problem.

The room, bathroom and the beds we very clean and tidy. The breakfast menu was a joy in the morning and they have extensive hours on the weekends which made it easier for us. Except one occasion, the courtesy of staff was remarkable, especially at the restaurant.

Not clear how the parking payment works and the signs in the parking are confusing. An automated payment machine at the parking could help a lot. Also the parking costs sound a bit too high for the location. In the beginning we encountered an impatient and unhelpful receptionist which made us hesitate to retun to the desk to ask our questions before her shift was over. Thankfully that was only one person and the rest of the staff were kind and respectful.

I would like to have more sweet backery for breakfast. Juce is served in 100ml glasses which is super small, why not at 0,33? Big question to service guys. On Sunday they knocked out door at 9:15 in the morning...And second time at 9:40 in the morning. On Sunday it is really super early. Especially knowing that we should check out till 12:00, why don't clean our room after that time and let us have a nice morning? All in all, not bad!

Very clean room, nice amenities like fridge, tea kettle, coffee machine, adjustable awning outside window. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Peaceful location. Just a short walk to the Bergedorf train station. Large grocery stores (Kaufhaus, Aldi) nearby. Once we downloaded the HVV app and got day tickets, we could easily take the train to Hamburg (S21 or RE1) and bus 127 to the Neuengamme concentration camp memorial.1

The breakfeast was really nice, enjoyed the friekedillen, eggs and bacon the fruit and continental section was also very well covered. location is really nice close to train station , gets to Hamburg and tourist sites in ~30mins. staff were very nice.

I didn’t appreciated the construction noises outside the property, woke me and my gf up far too early than expected. The staff at breakfeast seem to have a strict curfew on breakfeasts and don’t appreciate arriving just before that but was still quite friendly.

Rooms were large, with real comfortable beds. Very clean and nicely appointed with a separate coffee machines and electric tea pot filled with various teas and coffees. GREAT BREAKFAST was included, with sausages, bacon, eggs, pancakes, various cheese, cold meats, tomatoes, fresh fruit. Lots of wonderful breakfast rolls and breads, and great jellies. Yogurts, cereals, juices, and lots of good coffee or if you prefer from a coffee machine. All of the staff were very accommodating. Especially helpful and professional was Raphael Mayer. He changed our room to one with a shower because I had difficulties with the very high tub. He was always ready to answer our questions with a smile. He certainly is a credit to your hotel.

Probably the bathroom tub which was difficult for me to get in, but our room was changed. Maybe a little out of the way to Hamburg, but if you have a car there is underground parking for a fee about $12.50. We did figure out the train situation and after that it was easy. I didn't read beforehand that the hotel lacked Air conditioning, which is kind of my fault.

The location was excellent and close to all I needed. Breakfast was excellent.. Overall good I will be back.

The only downsides. The housekeeping needs some attention. Having a door opened when there is a sign on the door do not disturb is not good. Mold in the shower is not a good look. No room. Safe no fridge.
