Clean, comfortable rooms. Very good shower. Friendly staff who dealt with an issue we had very promptly and efficiently. Excellent breakfast which can be taken in their indoor courtyard in warmer weather. Easy parking.

1st night we were given a lovely spacious room including a mini bar on the 5th floor. However this room was right next to their IT room and there was a humming noise throughout the night. They agreed to give us another room, this time on the 7th floor which was much smaller, had no minibar but at least we were away from their server room. All in all we will go back to this hotel when visiting Reinbek

It's very close to the S train station, about 5 minutes walk. We stayed here for a concert in Hamburg and it took us about 25 mins to go to Hamburg central station. The staff is nice, the facilities is sufficient and clean. Wifi is good.

At first, it is a bit difficult to find the door hotel if you search the hotel with google maps. If you use the google maps, you need to take the stair and go to the 2nd floor. The facilites look a bit old-styled. If you intend to go to Hamburg for a concert like I did, the last S train from Hamburg to the hotel is at 12:40 am, after that there will be no train until morning so be careful with it because we almost missed the last train.

nice place, not fancy but value for money. I have been there a few times, so we know the staff and surroundings. I really like the covered indoor/ outdoor place in front of the hotel. there are also some nice restaurants (Chinese/ Greek/ Italian) in walking distance. I would recommend that place in particular for families with small kids as these can play outside without being exposed to traffic.

Cleanliness, good and long enough opened breakfast buffet. Free parking space in underground garage below hotel with more than enough parking spaces. Entrance from garage to hotel convenient and easy

WiFi could be faster. Due to the older architecture of the building, complicated entrance to hotel by foot.

We were travelling with a toddler and really appreciated the spacious room we were provided in the penthouse (as far away from other guests as possible), so we did not need to worry so much about disturbing others (e.g by her running around early in the morning). Parking in the garage just underneath the Hotel for free was very convenient.

Breakfast was great with large selection and choices. Room was pretty big. Hotel is clean and staff is great. Easy parking down the hotel. Pet welcome

Bathroom was pretty small with door not totally opening wide due to toilet.

The Sachsenwald Hotel Reinbeck had a lovely, old-school feel about it and, having just stayed in a very modern hotel, we really appreciated the timeless timbre of the building and the genuine, friendly professionalism of the staff.

The value is really really good and the staff were absolutely lovely. The location is also good, it's a bit off but it's in a very cute town so close and utter doing is other that worldy times. A limit on words is a limit on the quality of the text sadly and apparently the limit is rather high like sun and moon discussions during twilight.

we had a room on 7th floor with a fantastic view, but the best were the friendly staff and not just a few, everyone was super kind and helpful.

I am very thankful for the staff. I left a pair of earrings. We called the staff, looked for them, found them and are mailing them to me. Breakfast was great. All staff were very pleasant. Thank you.
