Breakfast was great - continental and scrambled and boiled eggs, warm bread, toasting machine, amazing coffee machine. The bedrooms were warm. They had just been refurbished. They were clean. We have a small baby and they had a lift but with restrictions on it not working during night time hours for the comfort of the guests. It was very close to restaurants and very close to the railway station

I thought it was expensive for what it was - for a family room we paid 125€ per night. But it was convenient for us for our reason for travel and I would stay again if we go to hamburg again for the same reasons

A good place for stay with family and free parking. However it takes almost 35 minutes to Hamburg center. It’s a room with comfortable beds for 4 people and a big clean bathroom. All in all I recommend it.

The room was smaller than what I expected. It was a bit noisy in the early mornings.

The sky TV didn't work.

The hotel was much better than we expected. Nice clean room with a balcony, good beds, we have a good sleep and started day with good breakfast. We were there over one night for a first time, but not the last.

The location is very convinient, just out of Hamburg. There are good restuarants and grocery shops in near vicinity. The breakfast was quite nice as well

Nice little, friendly place. I liked the key service at late check in. I probably stay again. Easy parking . Quiet side road.

The double bed had one side on the wall and the tv was not at the feet end , its on the left of the bed. But never mind...

Great location in a quiet area. 5 minutes walk from S-bahn Neugraben train station, 7 minutes walk from a big supermarket, shops and Sparkasse. Good breakfast and the breakfast hours are very convenient - 6 to 10 a.m. daily.

There was no teapot in the room, so no hot tea before bed. There is a coffee machine in the dining room, but I don't know if you are allowed to use it outside the breakfast hours. Also it would be nice to provide some taxi information since not all the taxis in Hamburg serve this area.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good hot shower, silence location. The staff was very friendly with our dog. Location is walking distance from the S-Bahn station Neugraben.

Pillows were quite thin. That's it.
