The room was very cozy and pretty clean. There was a large window with automatic blinds and had everything from a big bed, a desk and chair, two bed stands with lights, a fridge, a wardrobe with 4 hangers, a full mirror, heaters, a hair dryer, plenty of towels, tissues, soap, shampoo and body wash in one. The staff was friendly and it was great that they had 24 hour reception as I had to leave really early in the morning. I enjoyed my stay there.

You can tell that some stuff are a bit old and I wouldn't recommend it if you're allergic to dust. It is a bit far from the center station but there is a bus stop next to the hotel. The walls might be a little thin.

Loved the convenient location, excellent dinner at the burger restaurant and nice breakfast. Super friendly, kind staff made all the difference.

Only downside was the “soundproofing” specifically described in the listing was definitely not a thing. We were right next to the kitchen and it didn’t bother us (even the kids went to sleep really quickly), but it did make me laugh that that was advertised and was basically nonexistent.

Great location if you are looking for an overnight stopover while driving on A7. Spacious rooms, helpful and prompt staff. Make sure to call them if you are arriving late. Even if no one is at the reception, they helped out with check in via phone.

Parking is a bit tight. Room smelt of cigarette smoke. Had to air it out.

A great place to stay if you are in the area. I received a room upgrade from Booking since I am a Genius member. The room was I believe one of the largest they have, it was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel offers a restaurant that specializes in burgers and wraps. We had wraps, they were great! Basic breakfast was about 20€ for two. Parking around the hotel is for free.

The hotel is a little older, rooms were renovated but there are some areas that could benefit from a little TLC

it was small hotel and they have limited food; it is natural. even though breakfast kitchen staff was rood. for example: when I asked do you have boiled egg? she said ITS FINISHED. it is streng for me. because when customer ask something hotel staff may arrange the situation and indirectly say no. but she did.

We were passing through and we enjoyed sleeping in this structure immersed in the woods, a short distance from the highway and the city. Large, comfortable and clean room. Excellent breakfast.

Comfortable and good parking. In the right part of Hamburg to enable after hours food delivery. There is food on site until maybe 20h.

The decor is a little dated and it helps when ordering delivery after hours if you like a lot of sushi. I wouldn’t want to stay more than 1 night.

We had to pay city tax but in booking.com it was mentions pay at property 0€ which was disappointing. And they changed full city tax for 1 year old infant where in other hotels in Germany don't charge city tax for infants. And no receipt were given to us.

Everything was just right. Just outside the auto strada this hotel is a great stay. Has everything in order. A hot shower was available after we were wet to the bone after 3 hours of rain on our motorcycles. Great parking available. The restaurant serves great burgers for a decent price. A big thanks goes especially to the receptionist Ghafari for his kindness. Breakfast is very good and worthed

We came in late, they called us with check in instructions. So the reception is not a 24 h as otherwise stated. But we could check in so it was fine. Perfect for a night stop.
